My recent visit to this Dutch Bros location was extremely disappointing due to an unreasonably long wait time. I ordered just three drinks and ended up waiting between 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive them.
While I understand that staff training can cause delays, the explanation that only one person was in training doesn’t justify such a significant wait. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing several team members standing around and chatting instead of actively working to complete orders. This gave the impression of poor management and a lack of urgency.
Even under normal circumstances, the average wait time at this location is around 40 minutes — which is already longer than expected, but something I’ve learned to tolerate. This visit, however, went far beyond what’s acceptable. For comparison, Starbucks typically maintains a 10-minute wait time, often with fewer staff on hand.
Although I was offered a free drink as compensation, it doesn’t truly make up for the excessive time wasted. I sincerely hope Dutch Bros takes steps to address the staffing and operational inefficiencies at this location to provide a better experience for its customers.

Everything is great here but the owner needs to install misters or something better for the employees it’s to hot for them outside and the battery powered fans is sad spend the money on your employees!

I've been loyal to Dutch because their coffee is consistently amazing. This location has some of the sweetest people, too!
Dutch Bros is my favorite chain coffee shop. The Maricopa location is my favorite location. The baristas always get my complicated order right, and they seem to make working there fun. So, that helps create a fun atmosphere. I wish I knew everyone's name because they're all so awesome, but shot out to Sam and her freckles! She's been one of my favs for a while now. Thanks for making my days brighter, Sam!
I just moved to this area and thought I'd try out this coffee spot. I went through the drive thru and the women serving me was completely dressed inappropriate. Her top was so little it barley covered anything. I had my children in the car and when they are asking where is her shirt is not a conversation I should be having with my 5 year old when we are just grabbing coffee. If i wouldnt have already payed ahead of time i would not have gotten anything. I will not be coming back to a coffee house I can't even bring my kids to.

I ordered a double shot peppermint decaf latte extra hot. It did not taste like peppermint and was not extra hot much to my dismay. I had just had a colonoscopy and hadn't eaten for 2 days. I never buy coffee drinks, I just make coffee at home because of the price. I should of tasted it before I left, but I was a bit under the weather. Its in my refrigerator and I will probably throw it away. It was quite a disappointment. I couldn't figure out what flavor it was...The woman at the counter was very nice at least...

We waited 20 min in the drive through just to get up to the window and wait another 10. They rattled off the wrong order and the coffee was terrible after all that. A manager is needed in this place because these kids are just chatting with each other fooling around. They aren’t making the drinks until you get to the window so getting the order in advance is useless.

Saw line was long and didnt want to wait in the sun for that long, Went to the window and ordered something different. Went with a vampire slayer. Cashier only wanted to upsell me on the redbull option and didnt ask me anything else about my order. I asked it to be iced with boba. Cashier said no problem/
Got a medium iced redbull vampire slayer, no boba. Tip: Dont order from the window. Your order will be wrong.
