We placed an online order because, whenever we visit in person, online orders seem to take priority. After picking up our food and returning home, we realized every order was incorrect. When we called the Firehouse location, they blamed us for placing an online order, even though we had clearly specified exactly what we wanted on the subs. How hard is it to make two kids' subs with just cheese and turkey? Additionally, the prime rib was extremely rare and cold. This was my last attempt with this location. They are in serious need of retraining. We spent close to $60 and they didn't offer us any kind of reimbursement or credit. They didn't even get the brownie order right and gave us a cookie instead even though we saw brownies there when we picked up the order LoL
