Ac seems to be broke all the time 🔥 inside

The pattys look like they were smashed with a hydraulic press. They patties were about the size of a dinner plate, and were just thin burnt grease. If you don't believe me look at the picture. The thought that someone put this on a plate and gave it to a customer is comical. We actually got a good laugh even though it was kinda gross. We were in a hurry, so we didn't make a big fuss. I have had plenty of other good experiences here, but this was bad.

Got free fries through app and were kind of cold. Otherwise best burgers

Just have their new barbecue brisket and It was delicious, and had great customer service.

I'm giving the 2 stars because the patties were well seasoned and the ice cream was great. However, my burger was not made to order as the receipt reflected. I was missing pickle & onion on one burger and the other burger was missing the sauce, also I ordered cheese curds which were delicious hot. And I ordered a large chili cheese fries, I was very disappointed. I don't like skinny fries so I decided to put chili on them it usually works for me. Not this time, I was disappointed in the chili. 😔 This was my first time visiting this franchise, after spending $45+ I don't think I will going back.

The food is very good and great service. The fries are always fresh and perfect and the food is delicious. I just got food poisoning from there, so I been scared to go back.

This was my wife's favorite cheeseburger place, and we haven't gotten it in some time because of how expensive everything everywhere has been getting, so when we decided to splurge to get some cheeseburgers for lunch she was so excited. But apparently the quality of Freddie's fell of a cliff since the last time we were there. The burgers were soggy, the buns were literally mush, the patties were a pale Grey, unseasoned and tasted like gross steamed meat. Everything went down but the price. I choked down half of my burger. She almost vomited from one bite of hers and threw it in the trash. Dang near 30 bucks. I can get a rack of ribs for 20 bucks at costco.

It's more economical to have a rack of ribs for lunch now than a cheeseburger. And they don't make you vomit.

Love this place and I love the food always clean and nice. 4 out of 5 because 4 meals came out to 68 bucks and that's just to much for 4 hamburgers. Great place just wish they would give us a break on prices

We ordered the grilled cheese steak burger and it was fantastic! The strawberry shake had so many strawberries it was better with a spoon.
