the best IHOP in town here in Maricopa az. I love the manger there. she’s the best and she gets things done. very professional, and overall very knowledgeable at what she does! and shes very sweet lady!

No matter if I'm going there for coffee, or to dine, I treated the same. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I really enjoy the service, many times the brief and friendly conversations, and the food. Even when they are busy, they do their best to care for the customers.

We waited for a host or hostess to seat us for about 30 minutes. There were a couple of groups in front of us, and in that time only one person was seated. There were quite a few open tables and booths. No one came to tell us they were running behind or that there was an expected wait time. This was unusual in my experience at IHOP.
Food was fantastic, and came out quick too. My coffee was never empty, and one of the few places I've been to recently thAt understands what 'lots of splenda' actually means. Bathrooms are way nicer than Denny's.

Passing through, decided to stop here at IHOP with the family. Service here was exceptional. Food was delivered in a timely manner. Our server was very attentive in our needs and made sure we were satisfied and that we had all that we needed. Truly enjoyed our meal here and will definitely be returning.
