When I say run away from this location I mean what I say, this place is the most horrible Ihop I have ever been to. First I arrived and waited 10 minutes to be seated, second there was only one waiter who did a great job and there was only one cook in the back because the waiter said it will take a while for the food to come out because there is only one cook. I waited another 20 minutes to get a big steak omelet that was salty as though I asked for extra salt which I didn't. The pancake was like rubber and dry. There were other customers who were complaining about the quality of their food right next to me, more workers need to be hired at this location. I will never set foot here again

My boyfriend and I like to come here to get shakes every now and then, sometimes we get some food during happy hour (3pm to 9pm every day.) The service is always very fast and the severs are always very nice, the past couple of times we have been here we have had the same server, I love her!!! I believe her name is Hailee, she is always so friendly and attentive. We usually go during weekday nights, very quick and relaxed.

4/9/24, Tuesday, lunch. We stop at IHOP while traveling for a waffle with peanutbutter.Only two waitresses on duty. The waitress was great and apologized profusely for the lousy waffle half done on one side and cooked on the other side, produced by the kitchen. This IHOP did not invest in customer satisfaction with peanutbutter or a decently cooked waffle. I asked for the manager. None on duty.

I recently tried IHOP in Maricopa, and it was a delightful breakfast experience. The menu had a vast selection of pancakes, waffles and omelets, ensuring there was something for everyone. The service was efficient and the portions were generous, making it a perfect spot for a hearty breakfast to start the day.

I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP in Maricopa and it exceeded my expectations! The breakfast options were plentiful, with something for everyone's taste buds. The restaurant's relaxed ambiance and quick service made it a convenient and enjoyable place for a morning meal.

It's an IHOP! They're usually pretty low on staff at this location, so you'll probably have to wait a few minutes to be seated. I've been here several times, and every time the server has been really, really awesome. The food's nothing crazy, I mean it is an IHOP, but it's always cooked properly.

Horrible! Food was ice cold and didn't come out correct. Eggs were undercooked even for over easy. Disgusting. All said and done we told them we are not eating the food and didn't have time to wait for another 2 meals to come out. Manager took the food off but made us pay for the 2 drinks. Kinda funny not to just comp the whole thing. We left our entire meals there. Yuck

Waited 20 minutes to pick up food. Was never acknowledged by any staff. Had to go in the back and ask for help. Very unprofessional.

It is with great disappointment that I leave a review like this. Myself, my husband and our child went to IHOP located at 2390 Roll Dr, San Diego, CA 92154 on a Sunday, at approximately 7:10 am and we were there until about 8:15am. We were on our way back home to Arizona from our weekend in San Diego. We ordered and when our food arrived I started eating my food, which was 2 strips of bacon, eggs and crispy potatoes and while eating the potatoes I noticed that there were reddish blonde straight strands of hair on my potatoes and hanging off the right side of my plate, as if someone deliberately put them on my plate. When our waitress Yesenia came back to our table I informed her of this and she apologized and advised me that they will remake my food and discount my food for the inconvenience. My husband nd child were completely done eating when my food arrived and after I was done eating, I told Yesenia we were ready to pay for our meal, and she told me that her manager said they remade my food, so they aren't going to honor a discount after all. I asked if they could honor it because I was told that they would due to the inconvenience it caused and was told NO.We were the only African Americans in the entire restaurant, so this seemed very much like racial Discrimination and this matter needs to still be resolved. The manager never came out to apologize about the hair being in my food, or the fact that I had to eat alone since my family were finished with their meal. Several staff stared at us all the while we were there, like we were at fault. Yesenia came back to the table and said her manager told her to tell me that there are no female cooks cooking the food and everyone wears hair nets. We saw several ladies going in and out of the kitchen with no hair nets on, so this sounds like he was trying to do damage control, without acknowledgement and he should have been accommodating to us as we were unsatisfied customers. It doesn't matter what he said because their was hair in my food and it had to come from someone handling my plate before it came to me. I filled out a customer contact form stating I will like for someone to contact me to discuss this matter immediately please and I received no response. I sent an email and said If I don't get a response this time, I will have to take this to social media, news media, write a review or something because this has been a great inconvenience and disappointing situation with many attempts for them to resolve and they have constantly ignored us and it has been well over a year now.It is 2024 and we are still being mistreated because we are African Americans. I am quite sure you honor discounts for incidents caused by your staff, otherwise the waitress would not have offered a discount soon as she was told and saw the hair on my plate. How can several strands of reddish blonde hair be on my plate and my hair is black and Grey. This is an outrage and should not have ever happened and I feel very disregarded, especially since I first completed a customer contact form on the website, sent two emails, with one being sent to the corporate CEO and now I am writing a review. What a sad and hurtful experience. I hope someone reaches out to me soon, otherwise, my next step is the news media. Absolutely ridiculous!

So we got here on a Wednesday at about 2p and there was only one other patron with kids. That being said, food came out quick, coffee was nice and hot, and Judah was super great!!!
