UPDATE: 11/11/25 Jack is dead, they killed him. You now must spend $110 in the app in order to redeem a $6 burger. It used to be $60. They doubled the redemption cost of everything.
You will get parked every single time youre here. The wait times are very long and they park you to cheat the metrics system. It just won't get fixed. Prices are going up.
Let it die. Jack used to sell tacos for 50c each. Never forget.

This is consistently the slowest Jack I've ever been to. At least the night time shift. My last 3 visits I've waited 40 minutes in drive through with only 4 cars in front of me

The food is always great when we go. I haven't been to many other Jack in the Box's, but I think the food is on par with other ones. I've only ordered take-out through the drive-through, so I don't know how the inside is. But we love that it's open late for anytime we want to get something. Especially late date nights after getting the kids to bed.

How stupid can you be. They apparently were out of orange Fanta and they just gave me a coke instead without asking.. like how does that make sense... Oh and you can't order any drink other than a coke, sprite or orange Fanta thru the app even tho they have 100 drink options. They act so stupid here. The job is not that difficult yet they fail miserably every time. Does everyone and close down this store and put something else here

Ordered on the app, have them the 10+ minutes until I showed up to get my food. There was 3 cars ahead of me and that line didn't move for what seemed like forever. They only handed each car ahead of me, one regular sized bag. I'm missing shocked it takes SO LONG. I would really like to eat here, I like Jack in the Box, but every time I've gone the last few months, it's so slow. I kept thinking next time will get better but it doesn't.

I came to jack in the box expecting the same quality ive always had and when i ordered my 15 dollar meal for a tiny sandwich and curly fries i got a half empty container of LARGE fries that might as well have been a small its a complete ripoff and i definitely didnt get anywhere near my moneys worth the size of the food for what u pay is ridiculous
It's fast food. They're open 24 hours.
