We ordered on the app and waited over a half hour and finally left without receiving a refund. We wrote Jack in the box customer service twice and they never responded. I hope they enjoy the money they screwed us out of because we will make it our mission to let as many people know about the lousy company that they are and I’m sure it will cost them more than they screwed us for

The food I have never been much of a fan for. To each their own right. Well I am a dasher (ok deliver people's online orders) I deal with a lot of fast food workers and here in Maricopa they must have missed the or slipped right over the customer service and through out the meaning of fast food. All of the fast food restaurants in this town have the worst employees with the worst attitude and lack the customer service skills. All but one. This young lady that Jack In The Box is lucky to have in their team is honestly the best drive thru employee in this town . If there was a way to give her an award for best customer service she would deserve I'll t every time I pick up from this location BRIANNA is there greeting me with a smile and keep me posted on the status of my order. She works hard and I have never seen her doing anything other then her job. She has a good spirit and great attitude and she makes me doing my job so much less stressful!
Thank you girl for all that you do and I hope you get a promotion because you are what customer service is truly about.
