This is consistently the slowest Jack I've ever been to. At least the night time shift. My last 3 visits I've waited 40 minutes in drive through with only 4 cars in front of me

The food is always great when we go. I haven't been to many other Jack in the Box's, but I think the food is on par with other ones.
I've only ordered take-out through the drive-through, so I don't know how the inside is. But we love that it's open late for anytime we want to get something. Especially late date nights after getting the kids to bed.
