I would really like to thank the DM Kory and his team. They sponsored my girls Soccer Team this season. They went above and beyond to make the girls feel supported from the community. Our order was ready on time and was perfect, everyone had a delicious sandwich. Thank you so much Kory!

Ordered 2 sandwiches on uber they had a free one when you spend 15$ so we received the free one and not the normal sandwich. Uber says the order was delivered so no refund. So we paid 25 for a free 6 inch sandwich, I called and the girl hung up on me at 820 pm. Very bad employees

Very upset as we put an order for food and they ended up running out of bread. We got charged $17 for food we never received and never got refunded because of some contract they have with the delivery food site.

How will you make this right? This is not just the first time they have ran out of Bread.

Placed an order through Door Dash about 8 pm. After waiting 25 minutes for the order (one Philly Cheese wrap with chips) the Jersey Mike’s crew informed the Dasher that…they were OUT OF BREAD. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread?

I’ll tell you how—bad management. If you as a manager can’t ensure you have enough bread for a shift, there’s a leadership issue with the Maricopa evening team.

I’ll be calling the regional office in the morning to let them know how Team Maricopa is doing. They don’t make it easy. But I’m patient and persistent. Especially when I order a $20 wrap that I didn’t receive.

PS-my order was a WRAP. All they needed was a tortilla.

The GM (Tyler, i think is his name) always provides the BEST customer service. The 2 other ladies working there were extremely kind and welcoming. I never have any issues with my order and it's always fresh and made with care. I normally don't eat take out but I can't help but like this place. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. Tysm!!

Picture this, you’ve spent all day working overtime and finally get your toddler to bed. You realize you haven’t eaten all day, and decide to go ahead and order something to eat - you earned it! What sounds amazing? A sandwich. You’ve never tried Jersey Mikes before and decide to give them a try, ordering pickup for 15 mins later. You leave a few minutes late to head to the store because it’s a Saturday night and it’s probably been busy, so you want to allow a bit of extra time for it to be made.

You get to the store, and check for your order on the pickup shelf. It’s not there, but no worries. You walk to the register and are rudely asked by an employee if you’re waiting for pickup. You confirm, and they (again, rudely) tell you they’re out of bread and it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. Then another employee says it’ll actually be 30+. You ask why no one could be bothered to take 2 minutes to pick up the phone and CALL YOU to notify you before you waste time driving to the store just to be told your order you placed 20 MINUTES AGO can’t be made. The cashier walks over to the register and issues a refund without so much as an “I’m sorry”, complete silence. While walking out you find out another patron has already been waiting for 30 minutes for an order he also placed online and never got a call for.

Unfortunately, this was my experience with Jersey Mikes tonight and man - what a terrible first impression. I understand that things get busy, I understand mistakes happen, but a touch of kindness and consideration goes a long way to bridge the gap between slight frustration and completely losing a customer. If I’d been called and notified of the delay ahead of time, I happily would’ve waited for my order.

We love jersey mikes in Maricopa ever since they opened! We’ve never had an issue with anything until today, we have put online orders in before so we have trusted that they would do their job and follow our online order. Previously ordering we have been thanked by the manager for not putting a last minute online order… so we continue to keep that in mind and I picked up my online order at 7:40ish. But the order was placed at 7:00ish. So I gave them extra time to prepare my order. We ordered 2 giants and 2 chips that we paid for ,but they forgot our chips. I went in and tried getting their attention to make sure that I was okay to grab my meal off their rack but they never acknowledged me. There was people in the lobby waiting and sitting and employees looked “clocked out and done with their job”. They don’t greet you like they used to or even acknowledge you when you’re in the building.
