The people here are wonderful. Customer service is on point and the food tastes fresh.

Ordered ahead on the app and it went very smoothly. Order was correct. They had a catering order at the same time and did let incoming customers know there would be a bit of a wait since they had so many orders at once. They were moving fast though ans doing their best. Honestly great customer service, i felt bad they had to take a lot of sassiness from incoming customers.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced! And the owner started stocking and harassing me
He looked me up and threatened to post on my business page because we didn’t like the sandwiches
The tomatoes were not fresh and the sandwiches were super wet which were strange because they were toasted! I called customer service and then went back to the store. The General manager inspected our sandwiches with his bare hands- handled the tomato on the sandwich and then told me how he wasn't gonna refund me.
Finally after two calls to customer service and almost calling Maricopa PD I finally had two employees come over and apologize and refund me only for the manager to run in and try to stop them
Then I get a call from the owner in which I UNDERSTAND WHY THE SERVICE IS THE WAY IT IS AT THE STORE- HE WAS HORRIBLE!!
I will never - which he banned me but I would never patronize this business again in life!
The ruined it for ALL JIMMY JOHNS!

I ordered a pretty basic sandwich (turkey , ham and cheese) - giant size plus a bag of chips was $25. Absolutely overpriced for a sandwich! Beside that Jersey Mikes is a better option, sorry but this is a review after all.

Observed Mariah fielding talk down to the employees then served me the messiest sandwich ever. Refused to eat it and asked for a refund and left.

Leslie mariah and chad were awesome! Went above and beyond to make the experience inviting and easy! My sandwich was made to perfection down in Maricopa at store 4202. They even reminded me to leave the review! They deserve a $25 gift card for some DB!!
