This girl makes my veggie sandwich completely wrong and then argues with me that it’s right. I am now literally looking at the menu online and I was right she made it wrong . Way to ruin my dinner!

The Japanese. Music playing in the Jimmy John’s Restaurant was the best ! Great atmosphere ! Customer service was grade A plus plus . Able to communicate with staff members and felt heard with my order. Perfect sandwich ! Devontae made sure our comments and concerns were addressed .
