I had 2 mobile orders, 1 order did not have my fries. I went in and the guy frying the chicken kept watching me n my grandson. There was a farm sign on the glass, my son was pushing it back and forth. The worker came around the counter and got the sign and took to register. He gave me a mean mug. Wow, not friendly at all. I thought that was funny. When he should be worried about cooking the chicken. They are RUDE!!

If you’re looking to eat here listen to these steps. If you’re going to order through the app make sure you place the order 30 minutes sooner than you actually want it because it will not be ready by the time you get there. When picking up make sure to check order at location because they 1. Will not answer their phone if you try to call in, need to call least 4/5 times back to back. 2. If you do reach someone and for example you received undercooked chicken or the wrong order, they refuse to do a refund over the phone and advise you to go through the app. 3. if you want a replacement meal they expect you to keep the food overnight and bring it back to them after you get off work to receive said replacement meal.
I do not recommend this place if you’re looking to feed the family or just need a quick bite to eat.

I was told to park after I had already waited about 8 minutes to order on drive thru. I paid, got my drink then told to park. I said we are not parking we just have one meal (big box) and a manager Christie comes to the window and we wave and put our window down she immediately says YOU NEED TO PARK. We said we are not parking its a small order and we been waiting. She says OK IM GONNA CALL THE NON- EMERGENCY #. Like what????!!! We just asked for a refund as this was unacceptable. Thanks Karen I mean Christie! Get her out of here this place is BAD!!!!!!!!!

I've gotten nothing but great service here. Trinity was great with her customer service and making sure my order was right because it was a lot. She was nove friendly and patient. Christine made sure my family was taken care of and made sure our service was good.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First in for most my potato wedges were cold and I just walked out in the parking lot to walk back in. Once they got remade she tried to insinuate that it was my fault the fries were cold when I just got the wedges. Now I have food poisoning, I’ve been throwing up..

This is an updated review. For whatever reason, I decided to give this place another try (mainly because I don't want wings and I'm not in a hurry). Today (as usual), they were out of extra crispy chicken, but as I said, I had time to wait. Christine, the cashier was exceptional! She wanted to make things right and tried to keep me happy. Because I told her that I wasn't in a hurry, she gave me a free soda. Sometimes, it's small things that can make the difference between an angry or happy consumer. The restaurant lobby is never clean here, and I swear this place NEVER has chicken ready (see all reviews prior), BUT because Christine made a truly conscious effort to make things right, I am a bit more appreciative.

First of all drive up to the drive-thru. Kept saying hello nobody would answer we get up to the window the lady saying we needed to move up when we were right next to it. On top of that now we've been waiting for our food there's nobody here except two people inside. It's been at least 15 minutes if you need your food fast do not come here.
