This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve had to endure. Always check your order and make sure it’s in the bag because the employees Sure won’t check, thanks again for waiting my time and money… never again!

If I could give it zero I would. Worst customer service. Ordered our breakfast at 10 and waited at curb pickup only for it to show canceled shortly after 1030. Called to speak to someone to why my order was just canceled like that and they can't tell me why. Its 1031 when im calling all I want is our breakfast. She says i can get off and order but I cant have my breakfast I can get off and get lunch. They cant give us our breakfast or do anything about it. No sympathy no anything just oh well cant help you.

Again we arrive at the conjecture of how McDonalds has been on a downward slide for awhile now. I've been to this location so many times and literally Every. single. Time. I get parked. It doesn't matter if someone is behind me. It doesn't matter how big my order is. The drive thru is no longer the drive thru. You will be given your drinks and they will go flat as you sit and wait upwards of 15-20 minutes burning gas in your car just to be handed luke warm food that was sitting on the counter for the last 10 minutes.

I ordered 2 PLAIN hot & spicy $5 meals and not only did i get them with mayo when i specifically said plain, but i also got old and moldy lettuce, that’s unacceptable and shouldn’t be getting sold to people.

I absolutely hate the new automated kiosk where you have to place your order. I prefer speaking to a human.
It looks like the eggs was dropped on the floor and then served not to mention it had a hair on it. I completely lost my appetite. Would be doubtful about buying food here again.

Out of the two McDonald's in Maricopa this one gets our order correct far more times than the other one. Plus, with 4 kids, I love the kids play place. Although I'd prefer they didn't have the computer there (we can stay home for screen time), I appreciate some place to get the kids out of the house and away from the summer heat.
I'd say their food is on par with any typical McDonald's. Generally clean store. Good atmosphere, can be a little louder because of the kids area, but plenty of seating options away from that section.
We like to get the $6 meal deals for each of the kids, plenty of food for them.

Every Friday I treat myself to McDonald's and I constantly see the same faces and gotten familiar with three staff members Manager Adrian and two young females one blonde the other light brown. Adrian on multiple accounts I have seen leave a task to come help a costumer at front counter when the two girls are tied doing other task. From the two girls specifically I hear a lot of communication and see a lot of team effort an example of both is they help each other doing French fries and constantly asking kitchen how much longer on whatever they need. Then when I come in at 2 am on other Fridays I see the same girls still smiling and giving me the best costumer service!!!! I never asked the girls for names but from interactions I hear Tay and Joce while they get each others attention, would be 5 stars all around but as the blonde girl educated me the ice-cream machine cleans itself after 2:30 and that makes me sad.
