Worst mcD's I've been to. I have been here a year now and they literally mess up every time! I've never seen so much failure. I have kept my negative opinions to myself about them for a long time. Sick of maricopa McDonald's.

Worst place ever. The service is terrible. I try and go here to give benefit of doubt Everytime worse and worse. Do not make meals correctly. The nuggets are always tasting 5 days old never fresh fries nor can they get the adjustments correctly even though it's an ALLERGY for pickles and still ALWAYS add pickles. Go to the other McDonald's by Walmart way better this one should be closed down

The young man that was taking drive-thru orders was very sweet. Their chocolate milkshake machine was broken, so he made his own version of a chocolate milkshake to accommodate our request. He even had us taste test it before we drove off to ensure we were satisfied. It is nice to see someone who cares about hospitality so much. Thanks for the great service!

The absolute worst McDonalds ever, and I refer to McDonald's as trash food. The girl working the drive thru at 4am should be fired. I waiting on my food for 15 mins while the girl played with a drink machine while my food sat there getting cold. She moved like a sloth.I will never eat there again

Went through the drive through around 9:00 a.m. It was very busy and there was a long wait before reaching the window. I ordered the Two for $5 Sausage McMuffin with Egg sandwich deal. Grand total was $5.44. The order was complete and they put napkins in the bag.

How hard is it to make sure the customer leaves with their full and complete order. Happened again this evening: we ordered two Big Mac Meals with large fries and cokes. Got home with only 1 of the 2 Big Macs. Perhaps someone should check the order before giving it to the drive thru customer. Won’t be back for awhile!
When you ask for a toy for kids under 3 they give you a toy for kids 3 and older. Do be careful and don't trust them even when you ask they'll give you whatever.. makes me wonder if they'll give sugary soda to a diabetic.

I really try to be patient with this location, but they seem to always find a way to test that patience. Every time without fail when I am told to park and they will bring PART of my order when it’s done. I get that part. What I don’t understand is why I need to go in 10 to 15 minutes later while the part of the order I do have gets cold and remind them I’m waiting only to get attitude. The other location on Casa Grande HWY tends to offer much better service. I want to be clear there are some employees that appear to care and genuine.
