They may be slow but they have always served hot food

Normally don’t leave reviews specially fast food, but working in food industry this was horrible, missing items. Large fry wasn’t even filled halfway and my patty on my burger looked slimy, and it was ripped missing pieces, the patty itself was barely warmed it was ice cold in the center, regardless you wouldn’t eat it yourself don’t service to people.

Ordered a quarter pounder without cheese and got a quarter pounder with cheese on the top and bottom. I can't eat cheese so when we got home I'm pissed off. I didn't get to eat dinner because I'm not going back to get it right.
For the money we spent for 2 quarter pounder's and Fry's it's damn ridiculous you can't get the damn order right.

Normally wouldn't review a fast food place. But this is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever ever gone too. Have never had to sit and wait over an hour for fast food, but this is every single visit here. Even when you preorder or go through the drive through. Plus side is every time the food ends up being free as they try to apologize for the inconvenience.

Ordered food in the drive thru had to wait a couple of minutes to order also had to wait a extra 15-20 after being told to park and not to add I received my food last after they gave the other 3 cars that were way behind me in the line perhaps there DM Jonathan should pay this store a visit

Over all should not have to Waite 30 min for food that’s not even hot

Ordered two double quarter founders with cheese. Got a single and a double. No idea... seems to happen often at this location.

Everytime I go they always mess up but this time it was the worst :( raither drive to the front of town this one isn’t worth it

Its McDonald's, we all kind of know what to expect from these chain locations. It definitely needed to be cleaned better, staff was friendly enough. Not superb but not bad.

This place will have you waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru only to make you pull around to the front so you can wait another 15 minutes. And then you finally get your food and it’s cold!

This location needs new management , lines far to long and wait times are insane. Placed mobile order because it seemed it would be quicker than waiting in the drive thru and boy was I incorrect.
