I wasn’t mclovin it or there attitudes horrible staff managers and overall food was horrible

Very disappointed in the staff and the management was gave the wrong order with multiple things missing when I asked for corporates numer was have a eye roll the manager was very unprofessional as we’ll waited almost 2 hours for food will not return to this location very poor and was also accused of lying about a order I clearly had

Horrible management. Horrible experience. … I know it’s McDonald’s and I’m not expecting top tier food or service BUT the way the manager treated me tonight was rude and unprofessional. We went through the drive through and was told at the pay window they were out of ranch so we opted for bbq then we get to the second window they told me no we’re out of both ranch and bbq so we said okay no problem: then we were handed our Big Mac bundle and the girl immediately walked away. We started to drive away and make sure it’s all there. Shocker - it wasn’t. We were missing a fry. So I immediately park in front and walk in and let them know we were missing a fry. The manager comes out and immediately says I’m lying she packed the bag herself. I said huh? Why would I lie about A FRY? I paid for 3 fries I expect 3 fries. She kept saying I was lying I said how could 3 fries fit inside a Big Mac bundle box? It doesn’t make sense lol? She finally WITH AN ATTITUDE made another fry. I then gave the fry back and requested a refund. I refuse to ever go back again. The entire time she had an attitude. Was very rude. Rolling her eyes. Smh do better

Very easy in and out

It's McDonald's. Nothing great, just quick ok food. Well, it is showing that, I know they want people to use the kiosk/screen. There is not much help at the front counter. Overall service is getting worse. Their portions are getting smaller and the price going up.

Forget most of the order. The only thing right was the nuggets took 20 minutes waiting around just for my order to be completely wrong. One staff member had an attitude the whole time I just asked for my cup she did a sigh like I'm asking for to much then proceeds to grab the cup and put her fingers inside and handed it to me. I guess food safety rules and regulations don't apply. Do better with your nightshift

Ordered pick up on the McDonald’s app around 10:20am. Arrived at 10:35 to find out my order was canceled. The front customer service reps were unhelpful. The manager Amir though was quick to resolve the issue and showed that customer service was important and made it right with the customer.

During my time there, I noticed how Micah expertly managed the team, ensuring that everything ran smoothly even during the busy dinner rush. She was actively involved, helping staff members, and ensuring that orders were filled accurately and promptly. It was clear that she values teamwork and customer satisfaction.

It just keeps getting worse every time I visit. Now you pay restaurant prices for food I would never serve to my dog. I'm not eating here again. Every visit it gotten worst.

The fries are never full!! Also, my bill was $18.45 and I gave the drive thru girl 2 $10 gift cards and she handed me back my receipt and told me there was no change! Tried to keep it for herself until I told her to give the cards back to me.
