Staff here is absolutely the hardest working that I've ever seen in a McDonald's. Managers are the best in handling orders and especially the many entitled patrons that think they are the only customer there when staff is doing their best to satisfy everyone. 5 stars is not enough for this store. 1000 kudos!!!

On Sunday Jan 14th we went to McDonald’s at this location . I ordered 6 hot and spicy , a large coffee, large fries , 3 m&m mcflurrys and 2 Carmel Sundays . The staff was rude to people in the dining room area . There was a line and no one was coming to the front to help . They were instead talking to each other and cursing and messing around . They finally gave me the hot food ( which was not hot ) and walked away . I tried to get someone’s attention ( door dashers were trying to as well) but no one tried to help for 20 mins . A man looks at us and yells at a girl employee to make our ice creams and coffee . She starts them but the stops and goes to help at the drive thru (still no one is helping in the dining room) she goes back to making the ice creams. Stops and puts themTo the side and goes to help someone at the dining room register while all the other employees are still talking to other cursing back and forth to one another. After another 20 mins the girl goes back to get the desserts and pushes them to me no apology nothing. I asked to speak to the manager but was ignored by all so I left I was frustrated . This was ridiculous and I don’t understand how this is ok

Had a bit of a bizzare experience on Febuary 11. Went to grab lunch for the kiddos and an older woman comes in with a shopping cart (?). There was also an employee yelling at others which was frankly disturbing for my kids to see. Will most likely not be returning to this location!Kid-friendliness: No playplace, and employees can be rather loud.

It's one thing I have issues with the curbside here at this place. I went hrough drive-thru nobody in line and I sat for 10 minutes and at least three cars came on the other side, drove forward. So I went the girl at the window was rude and on the phone. Gets mads because she on the phone and I told her one lane should be closed you had me waiting. Proceeds to have an attitude so I asked for her manager. Took 5 minutes to tell her manager and her manager comes up like her friend. Not a manager. manager Abby needs to learn better customer service especially when customers are already upset. Manager Abby don't make threats next time don't take people money and then say I can give you your money back. You didn't do me any favors serving me, I come here all the time never had to argue about the way someone else was serving me and the person listening doesn't like it because y'all friends. It's work to your kitchen.

I went in through the drive through in hopes of getting JUST the Kerwin bow nugget toy. I ordered just the toy and even payed for it and I got a lousy rumble whatever the hell PUZZLE. So as any sane adult would I went in to the the store to retrieve my nugget toy but the lady said we could just buy the toy. And on top of all of that the lady gave me sass about it. Smh

I was so excited to have a McDonalds super close to my house because I love Oreo McFlurrys! The one time I go there to get an Oreo McFlurry, their ice cream machine was broken! I couldn’t believe it. What’s the point of having a McDonald’s close to my house if their ice cream machine is broken haha. So then I had to drive to the other McDonald’s in town for ice cream. Both locations had a long line! It wasted my time and I was not impressed. I hope in the future their ice cream machine is working. I would really love the convenience!
