I recently visited Nekter Juice Bar for the very first time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. As a first-time customer, I was looking forward to trying something new. I explained to the cashier that I had never been there before, and after discussing the menu, I decided on a chocolate peanut butter shake for myself and a dragon fruit bowl with no agave for my daughter. To my disappointment, only the bowl was prepared—and it still had agave, despite my request to leave it out. When I pointed this out, the cashier insisted I had never ordered the shake, even though our entire interaction was clearly discussed at the counter and would be visible on their cameras.

What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the employee. While I was waiting, he openly joked and bragged about taking (stealing) “extra” portions of unused product, smiling as if it were acceptable. I found this particularly disturbing considering there’s a poster board in the store showing photos of people who are banned for theft—yet his picture wasn’t on it. The hypocrisy was astonishing.

The lack of professionalism, carelessness with orders, and dismissive attitude left me with a very poor impression of this location. As someone trying a place for the first time, customer service is everything, and this experience convinced me not to return. I had high expectations for Nekter Juice Bar, but sadly, the service was absolutely unacceptable and ruined the visit.

theives add to the tip and lie about it

Nekter Management, the Maricopa store was under staffed on a Saturday only 2 ppl working. my online order was supposed to be ready by 930 I waited 30 min the staff was apologetic and gave me a coupon. Felt bad for the staff they were rushing but did a great job on my order.

Really good smoothies, staff are friendly. Management is really poor. It’s really rough to watch customers take their frustration out on the employees when they are clearly understaffed. 10AM , long list of orders and people waiting, no manager there to help.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and recently I’ve been coming here almost everyday before work. I love their smoothies, build your own parfaits, and grabbing their immunity boosters for a quick pick me up :) definitely recommend 😋😋

Worst experience ever identify food delivery twice to this location I came to the front door was told to go to the rear door and deliver all the products second time around I went to the front door and a lady 20 to 25 years of age at an attitude with me and was told to go to the rear and deliver the grocery store and knocked and waited 15 minutes till someone opened the door so I can deliver the groceries as I was leaving a customer was come around the back as I was getting ready to leave and told me what was said about me in the store and I feel that was very disrespectful to talk to someone of age and race who took the time to deliver the grocery store I'll never do a delivery for them or shop in their store again
