The amount of time spent at this drive thru waiting to move up even 1/2 a centimeter while nobody is inside and 5 employees are on break should be a crime. In line now, btw. If you check back in with me in 2 days there's a good chance I'll still be in the drive thru line and in my same spot.

I can't review the food as I never got the chance to taste it. It was my first visit, and I waited 15 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me, so I left. Will never go there again!

Always worried about online orders before the people who actually are there. Take care of the ones who are there first, then your online orders. They may never show up or they'll find a way to get credit. So take cate of the ones who came in. Edit 7/18/25 Is place of getting worse. You wait in line forever to get food that's never ready. Then they partially put together.Your plate so half your food is cold. Still worried about online orders. And the workers are running into each other.Because there's no room for them to get the food out.

My husband sat in line for 45 minutes only to receive half cooked rice and dark brown orange chicken. A waste of time and money. Please do better Panda Express.

Horrible experience, if you value your time and money, spend it elsewhere. Waited an additional 30 minutes after my expected pick up time and my order was still not ready. Spent my entire break waiting for food that was still not ready. Between the issues with their system and the lack of customer support in store and terrible communication, I will not be returning.

Waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told to park up front and wait for food. Several other cars parked waiting for food too. No receipt because they ran out of paper. And this will be my last time at this location. I have waited in the lobby 45 mins before too. I read InMaricopa magazine they are going to be building another one soon. I hope so because the service is slower than slow. I feel bad for the people working their because that level of disorganization trickles down from management.
Worst place to eat in Maricopa. Terrible service! Even if you call in or order online you will end up waiting forever for your food. Management in non-existent. Skip this place!
