Papa Johns Pizza

I've been in and around this establishment a lot. Every time. Gross floors, bugs (roaches I've witnessed on multiple occasions), rude staff except for a few of the drivers. Cursing loud and banging on things. Loud music. Just not in anyway professional or sanitary.

The manager was crossfaded and crashed out and stole a bench

Ordered here for lunch. Was just ok. Got a medium sausage pizza asked for well done. It was just cooked normally. Had a little too much sauce and not enough cheese. Service was good and didn’t take long for my order to be ready but also store seamed kind of slow when I got my order so maybe it should have taken a little longer and my pizza would have been well done. Overall not bad but not great either. If there is another pizza spot close I would probably choose else where next time.

Girl on computer was rude when she finally greeted me. Yelled at a co-worker to come take my order. Played with paperwork, fixed her hair then went over to oven area and started prepping food. This has happened several times the last few months. I walked out due to unsanitary conditions.

Be warned if you order delivery they use DoorDash now, which is already bad seeing as they don’t seal the items and there are tons of videos of DoorDash drivers tampering with people’s food. Also be ready for the food to arrive cold

Horrible experience here ordered the Shaqarroni no extra cheese no extra pepperoni. It was thin crust. I called the manager. She basically says she gets calls like this every day and wanted to see the pizza itself which we had ordered the day before so I didn’t have it to show her. She did nothing just said thanks for calling. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

I ordered 2 large pep one stuffed one not and my 5 year Olds straight looked at me and said it taste funny, is this Domino's? It was cooked all the way through yet still seemed chewy as if it was not. Extremely unfortunate.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:41 pm about 15 minutes later it said the pizza was on its way. I waited until 9 o clock and I called the store and go figure I was on hold for 10 minutes just to get hung up on. So I drove over there to pick up my order by the time I got there it was 9:20. There was a whopping 1 client there. I was told that sometimes the drivers call out. 😂 so what happens if I don’t show up to pick up my own pizza do I just wait and not get my food delivered? I was also told oh these just came out of the oven 😂 which of course wasn’t true. Needless to say the experience was terrible today and to top it off I got a message from the app saying that my order was delivered, to rate my driver and to tip him. Well I give myself a 5 out of 5 stars.

I've been calling them for almost 20 minutes to cancel an order that I did not place. I've been on the phone for 20 minutes to speak to whoever can cancel the order. Nothing. It says they're not busy on site. So what in the world are they doing? Unbelievable.

All I get is the machine speaking. I do not care about signing up for your rewards.
I care about getting my money back.
DO NOT STEAL FROM PEOPLE.

Stay away from this store in Maricopa!

Update: Almost 2 hours on hold, we got picked up. However, the person on the call (whom I'll be assuming it's the manager) sounded rude, bored, and unhelpful during the phone call. We had to repeat ourselves about the issues only for them to hang up.

We will no longer order from this restaurant. Either fire the manger or don't serve the people anymore. Please head to the reviews and listen to the people who are sharing their experiences. The manger is the problem here and something needs to be done. Stop taking people advantage!

The two girls working two days before Thanksgiving sitting in the back just talking and laughing not giving a care about the orders that need to be made this place is truly disgusting

I have been going here for about 3 years. The last 5 times they have consistently had my order later than pick up ranging from 30 to 50 mins later. I have made my orders online and it makes me think they don't prioritize their online orders? Last time the garlic sticks were not cooked all the way. Called that in nothing was heard back...from management or corporate kinda disappointing.

Sounds like pizza night in maricopa means going to frys or Walmart and getting a frozen pizza and cooking it at home. Lock it in Papa Johns! What happened to you?!

Not really sure what was going on today. I ordered a pizza at 7pm only to find out they were behind well-over-an-hour. Never happened before. This was a carry out situation. They kindly gave me a refund. First time ever they could not fulfill an order on time.
