Papa Johns Pizza

I decided I wanted to order some pizza after me and my family were done trick or treating I was not prepared for how busy this location would be nit realizing today was another World Series game. When I finally got to the front of the line they said it would still be a 45 minute wait so I unfortunately had to cancel. That being said I was mesmerized by how efficient their team was. I must of seen 30 tickets print out while I was just waiting in line and everyone one in the back making food was moving as fast as they could and were making enough pizzas to feed a small army. While I wasn’t able to get food for my family as it was already a little late in the night and couldn’t wait that long I do have to say they level of service and hard work those men and women in this location showed me deserves lots of praise. I hope they all feel rewarded in the work that they do as they fed hundreds if not thousands of people tonight. Way to go team.

Very good pizza, but delivery driver didn't look me in the eyes when handing me my pizza nor did he ask if I needed paper plates/napkins. If it's because of the $4 tip, talk to your manager about your raise. You guys charge 6 dollars in delivery fee, yet, we still tip and get rude service? To me eyes contact is everything in respect. Next time I'll pick it up because it was a good pizza. 😆

On my previous order the pizza dough was raw. I brought it to the attention of the manager (Kelcy) whom went above and beyond to make it right.

Why do I have a deiver knocking on my door over and over disturbing my wife and kids when my order clearly states to leave at the door?

We ordered large pepperoni and large the works. the works was still very doughy. Not sure how the pepperoni was as the kids ate it.

I've been in and around this establishment a lot. Every time. Gross floors, bugs (roaches I've witnessed on multiple occasions), rude staff except for a few of the drivers. Cursing loud and banging on things. Loud music. Just not in anyway professional or sanitary.

Ordered here for lunch. Was just ok. Got a medium sausage pizza asked for well done. It was just cooked normally. Had a little too much sauce and not enough cheese. Service was good and didn’t take long for my order to be ready but also store seamed kind of slow when I got my order so maybe it should have taken a little longer and my pizza would have been well done. Overall not bad but not great either. If there is another pizza spot close I would probably choose else where next time.

Girl on computer was rude when she finally greeted me. Yelled at a co-worker to come take my order. Played with paperwork, fixed her hair then went over to oven area and started prepping food. This has happened several times the last few months. I walked out due to unsanitary conditions.

Be warned if you order delivery they use DoorDash now, which is already bad seeing as they don’t seal the items and there are tons of videos of DoorDash drivers tampering with people’s food. Also be ready for the food to arrive cold

Horrible experience here ordered the Shaqarroni no extra cheese no extra pepperoni. It was thin crust. I called the manager. She basically says she gets calls like this every day and wanted to see the pizza itself which we had ordered the day before so I didn’t have it to show her. She did nothing just said thanks for calling. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore.
