Is being rude just part of customer service? I walked in and asked if my pizza was ready. I was kind and respectful. The male working told me it was ordered for 1PM so it wasn’t ready. I said that it was ordered for ASAP, but I would go wait in my car. He then has some smart comments and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. This was after I waited in the front of the store listening to the worker blast rap music and rapping.
I then go back and the pizza is ready. It’s behind the counter and the guy says it’s ready. I say thank you and have to get the pizza myself. The guy walked away and didn’t even acknowledge me for thanking him for making pizza.
I will never be back to this location. Absolutely disgusted with the behaviors of this worker. I’m honestly probably going to throw the pizza because I don’t know what was done to it.
