We ordered a pizza thru Doordash pick up on Saturday evening and it was terrible! Paid extra for the pan crust but I'm not even sure we got it. Very few toppings and the whole thing tasted like a cheap frozen grocery store pizza.

Ordered for delivery and they just let my order sit there for 30 minutes until they closed. They didn’t call or text or anything to let me know just took my money and ghosted me. I even left a driver tip. Whoever was working tonight sucks.

Found a hair in my food called 3 weeks ago they said they’ll call me back and they never did I’m so disappointed I spent $40 on my food for it to be ruined by hair

The advertisement shows their $2 individual personal sized pan pizza and looks like the staff is making regular size pizzas and cutting them this way and putting 4 random slices into the box - I’m all for working smarter and not harder but this ain’t it.

I stopped in after work to pick up a large meat lovers pizza, with the cheesy crust and a large Pepsi. The lady who took the order was very busy. Nonetheless she greeted me when I came in. She took the order within a few minutes. I walked over to Frys to pick up a few items and when I came back 15 minutes later, a perfectly done pizza was waiting in the box. During checkout, she even punched in a coupon the store had to save me a couple of bucks. Pizza was delicious.
This pizza hut let me order online and make a payment even though they're shut down no longer in business and now I'm out of money and or no pizza for dinner that's why the get a 1 star i would have gave them a no star FIX YOUR APP AND WEBSITE FOR MARICOPA PIZZA HUT so no one else gets screwed out of money

Tried a few things from the new location and not impressed. First off, and this isn't the fault of the Maricopa store, Pizza Hut no longer has their pan crust. That was really the only reason to go there. You can get a personal pan but ours were kinda dry and just boring. This despite me ordering extra sauce. Wings were drizzled in sauce and not tossed. Really expensive for what you get. Domino's, Papa John's, Vero's, and even Barro's are all better. So is frozen pizza from a bar. Pizza Hut is the equivalent of Subway. Something that used to be great and now is just middling and overpriced.

Ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce and some bread sticks. Bread sticks were burnt and pizza barely had any sauce and tasted like it wasn't even cooked all the way. Tried calling to speak to a Manager and all we get is an answering service that tells you they'll transfer and they hang up. Talked to the mngr for their call center and left a message they said they'd pass along to the store mngr for a call back, but of course I have yet to recieve a call. Pizza Hut used to be our go to place but after that experience they lost our service for a family of 7. We were better off buying some box pizzas and sticking them in the oven. Bring the old Pizza Hut back!

Ordered 48 wings and 6 ranch cups to go with the wings (almost $7.00 extra). Driver shows up with food and NO ranch cups. Left food by door after ringing bell so we didn't notice missing ranch till he was gone. Called to ask about missing ranch and we're told we could come get it or wait until a driver was out again and would bring it (about 30 minutes). The food tasted great but the lack of customer service and forgeting part of the order that I paid for was irritating. This is nit 1st time they have left something out.

Not the best place to order food. Lately they been undercooking food or reheating canceled orders that have been sitting out for a long time. It’s a give and take with the food. Sometimes it could be hot and fresh and other times it’s crap and you have to tell them to cook it well done and fresh to get your food correct, so I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut location in Maricopa. Go to pizza hut when you go out of town. Good customer service, but not good food, you have to really tell them to make your food good. Atmosphere. It looks closed and not as welcoming to dine in.
