30 dollars for wings that I did not receive. When I called I was told they would come.The lady was very rude, did not give me a time and hung up on me. Wings never came. Next time i called. The voicemail said closed at 8: 25. Straight ripped off. STOLEN FROM!!! . Hung up on and no explanation.

Only delivery service. The last 3x I’ve ordered, wrong order completely, pizza is lukewarm, no sauce for the cold breadsticks. Customer service is a joke. You can’t even reach the actual store by phone, goes to corporate. I just want the correct order, hot pizza and the dipping sauce! Unfortunately I will never order from them again. Anyone else have poor food and service

I would give 0 stars if I could, but this comes up in a spot where there's no Pizza there anymore.The place has been gone for like over a year now.It's just a sponsored , ad that pops over a better place for pizza Barros pizza. No, if I actually pulled it up. And there was a say going to the actual location where Pizza Hut was. This ad stuff on maps is getting out of hand. Pizza hut should at least move their sponsored pin!

Ordered a pizza that came with 6 huge slices, side of cheese sticks but I don’t ever remembered asking for a side of a thick black hair on my cheese sticks. We called to ask to get it redone a lady behind the counter asked us to bring it back so she can see it and we can get our refund- which is odd you should never ask for food back. Let me just say - lady behind the counter. Please retake your food handlers card. Put a hair net and learn some etiquette on customer service. I’ll be surprise if you even wash your hands. Don’t ever yell at a customer. Thought I would give Pizza Hut another shot, no thank you! Corporate and I will probably have to have a little chat. No picture I know but, she gave me no chance.

Ordered pizza for delivery at 7 and it showed up via door dash at 9, they sent us the wrong order after waiting for almost 2 hours, I tried calling but was placed on hold twice for roughly 30 minutes each time. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get it fixed so I had to cancel now it’s 9pm and I’m going to call barrows across the street. I’ll never shop with Pizza Hut again, don’t bother hitting me up for anything… your call center sucks too.. wow a double whammy

We ordered a pizza thru Doordash pick up on Saturday evening and it was terrible! Paid extra for the pan crust but I'm not even sure we got it. Very few toppings and the whole thing tasted like a cheap frozen grocery store pizza.
