Rili B's Taco Shop Maricopa

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the food here has been disappointing. I normally just get a quesadilla since it’s the only thing that’s consistently made right, but I decided to try their horchata recently and it had a weird taste and slimy texture. I brought it back and was offered a replacement drink, which I appreciated.

Yesterday, I tried the birria nachos for the first time and added rice, paying $16. I don’t usually eat birria, so I wasn’t sure how it should taste, but I went off flavor alone and noticed right away that the toppings were really sparse (barely any cheese, sour cream, guac, or beans). As I kept eating, the meat had a strange smell that made it hard to continue. When I compared it to the picture advertised, it looked completely different. It’s disappointing especially considering the many different/better things I could’ve bought with the $16.

Overall, I feel like this place only does simple things like quesadillas well. It’s unfortunate because I love Mexican food and there aren’t many options in Maricopa, but I won’t be returning.

meat is grisley it used to be amazing last 6 months it actually makes me gag and it's hard to chew. don't know if they got a new cook but the meat is disgusting fries are soggy.... potatoes are hard as hell everything I order is not like it used to be.... won't be returning...... ever.....

Great spot for a fast bite of Mexican food, I have tried many menu options and have not been disappointed. Staff has always been friendly and the restaurant has always been clean. Keep it up!

You would think after being in the business so many years they would understand that wrapping a hot taco in paper is gonna make it soggy 😭 all I wanted was a crispy taco

Was happy they were open and had a drive thru. Everything was great I had an Arizona burrito and my husband had the sausage breakfast burrito. The food was so yummy we both finished before we realized we didn't take a picture. ...oops. My only complaint was the potatoes in the Arizona burrito weren't completely done and still a little crunchy, but tasty nonetheless. I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the potatoes. I'd definitely come back to try something else next time I'm in the area and have a craving for something spicy 🔥.

tThis is my first experience at this taco shop. I ordered three hard tacos and a cheese crisp. Let’s talk about the tacos. The filling in the tacos was superb. The beef was very tasty and seasoned very well. My one recommendation would be that the tacos could be a little more deep-fried; they had a lot of crispiness to them, but the tacos that we received were kind of soggy, and you had to pull a lot of that was not crispy. A nice crispy bite to it. The cheese crisp was a cheese crisp and was simple to order. First experience there and most likely I would come back, but for the hard tacos, let’s make hard tacos that have a nice crispy taste at the bite. The customer service was fantastic.
