Very little selections. Very cramped seating like eating in a closet. Zero atmosphere. The small staff was very friendly. I'll give them that. I hadn't been there in a while so I thought I'd try one more time. Sorry still not for me.

Went for the first time today for a birthday lunch. Food was incredible! We had the bacon burger and the fig / brie grilled cheese. Both sandwiches and the fries were very delicious. The star of the lunch was dessert - Nutella stuffed beignets with homemade caramel sauce. SO GOOD! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of dining at Roots Restaurant in Maricopa, Arizona for the first time. Our meal included the delightful chicken pot pie, a refreshing salad, and a comforting cheddar soup. The homemade cherry soup was a standout, bringing back memories of delicious homemade dishes. I would have preferred it to be a bit thicker, but it still hit the spot. The chicken pot pie with a croissant topping was a unique twist that I enjoyed. It was perfectly seasoned and lived up to my expectations. The salad was crisp and fresh. Now, let's chat about the lemonade. It seemed to be country time lemonade, but I believe a more natural option would complement the meal better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning to Roots Restaurant in Maricopa, Arizona.

I've heard nothing but good things about this place, and after dining in here I definitely see why! This is such a little hidden gem, and it genuinely has the best food I've had in Maricopa. This was the type of meal I normally would have to leave town to experience, and I'm so glad that I don't have to anymore!

I got the flatbread, a steak (which was cooked EXACTLY the way that I asked!), and we took home a dessert. Everything I had was a 10/10 and Tyler (our server) made the experience awesome with his suggestions, and hospitality! We'll definitely keep coming back now that we know it's here!!! ♥️

Four of us had dinner here. Delightful food. Very nice presentation. Full of flavor. Temperature was perfect. Portion size was correct. Very casual seating areas. Nice and clean plus welcoming staff. Great to have such an awesome choice in Maricopa. Highly recommend this restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served. Check for hours. They are not open straight through.
