Love the unique style & twist on pizza! I know most would consider it traditional being Chicago style, but I love that it has that different feel, like a home cooked style to it, but on a professional level. Don’t even get me started on the Chicago style deep dish that shuts down the show?!? Was introduced to the establishment in Kansas City and was great to find in Maricopa!

We ordered some pizza yesterday and as always, their Chicago pizza tasted great.

This was a catering order for 150 people and I was sadly disappointed. I paid about $2,000 for 6 trays of pasta with red sauce, 6 trays of pasta with white sauce, 10 trays of salad, bread and extra mozzarella on the side for people to top off their pasta. I was happy that they were able to deliver; however, when the food got here there was only 1 tray of bread, the pastas were pretty dry and no extra sauce provided and only 1 small tray of extra cheese. They tried to make it right by having the driver go back to the store and pick up more bread but everyone had already eaten by the time the driver returned. Never again will I use them for any kind of catering.

Horrible pizza.
The cheese is store bought. Used to be a nice rich blend. They don't honor corporate coupons, (online coupons) because they are a franchise. However the only Rosati's in town.

Ordered Monster on double dough and they brought me Monster on single dough. Called to complain and they said there not replacing and would only give us 10% next pizza. It was horrible. Don’t know if I’ll order from them again.👎🏻

I was disappointed on the pizza I purchased because there was way too many hours which killed the pizza flavor. I got the works, but it’s unnecessary to put that much all on a pizza cause it just killed it killed the flavor.

First time trying pizza from this place. I ordered 18 inch Pizza and 24 wings garlic parmesan. I'm disappointed with the food. Not a restaurant I will come back to or recommend. Does not suite my taste. Order with caution.

Terrible Food get high blood pressure from one pizza Eric is the rudest person I have ever met. I ordered pizza from this place for the few years another dime in this place check your food before you leave the pizza is good Eric is a liar I told home that the sandwich I order was NO good I called a texted the message Eric told me that they don do not do text messages however when I confronted him with text text messages then he came of with some bs lie. I do t appreciate his attitude the sandwich was spoiled and no good . Don’t trust this place they sell spoiled food and tries to blame the customer prices too high

Super Bowl Sunday, placed an on-line order. The app was not as user friendly as others; so I was only able to order a deep dish cheese pizza vs adding meat & veggies; being a Chicagoan, it didn’t compare to their original derp dish pizzas. The chicken wings were a bit hard, though tasty. But, this was the most expensive carry out pizza & chicken wings order I ever placed @ $125!!

WORST PIZZA ESTABLISHMENT IN THE COUNTRY.

I Preordered two days in advance to get 48 wings to be delivered for the Super Bowl, for half Buffalo and half bbq. The problem was that the “Buffalo” wings had no sauce, they were completely.

When I called to express my frustration, the manager told me I should have ordered an extra sauce since I knew the sauce was going to disintegrate.

Never in my life I ever heard of that b.s excuse. After getting offended they tried to circumvent by asking me to come back to the shop so they can replace the wings— mind you the Super Bowl was just kicking off and I couldn’t leave the house.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Rosati’s, ordering at least 20 times in the past year, but after my latest experience, I’m extremely disappointed. I received horrible customer service from the manager, Noah, who falsely claimed that the size of my pizza was "normal." I ordered a 12” and 18” cheese pizza plus 1 lasagna. For $47, I expected a reasonable portion—but instead, I received the lightest, smallest pizza I’ve ever gotten from this location.

What’s even worse is the way my concern was handled. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful in any way, yet the manager completely dismissed me instead of addressing the issue. If you offer a coupon, it should be honored without making customers feel like they’re asking for something unreasonable. He literally told me since the 12” pizza was free with the coupon it shouldn’t matter! WOW!!!

The employees here have generally been great in my previous experiences, but it’s disappointing to see a manager neglect customer satisfaction so blatantly. As a Chicago native, I know good pizza and good service, and this Rosati’s clearly needs better customer service training. I hope they take this feedback seriously because this experience makes me reconsider returning.
