Stopped by on my way home from work and asked if I could have sashimi.

Alright, alright.. i have to admit when I was handed the boxes, and opened them.. i was a bit disappointed with the quantity after spending $51 on sushi..

HOWEVER! When we got home to eat, all my disappointment about the portion sizes for the price went out the window. The quality is amazing! The flavor is amazing! So, definitely worth spending the $51!

The flavor/ food combination is unique from other sushi restaurants nearby. Packed with flavor, fresh, and spicy sauce is what keeps me coming back. The only caveat is more variety on their menu.

My first time going & I will be going back. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service was amazing!!!

Owner/operator seemed like a nice guy. Service was slower but I think he was over whelmed with orders that particular night (not a big deal, I get it and he is a one man operation). We got four different rolls it being our first time trying it and we wanted something different than our usual sushi fix in town.

I don't know if we will go back again. We wanted to like it based on the recommendation of our friends. There just was no variety in the items' taste. Everything tasted exactly the same. Everything tasted fine and fresh, but if we wanted the same taste for our entire order we would've expected to order the same thing four times, not four different rolls like we did.

The sushi I ordered was a breaded surf and turf. When I came home to eat it, it was not breaded, it was just the seaweed, but it was breaded... the seaweed was toasted... very bad taste... on top of it, it had all the adverse sauces on top... not on the side... because I was never asked if I wanted it on top or on the side... since where I have eaten surf and turf sushi I never carry things on top... I only carried pure cucumber.

This is amazing sushi!! If you haven’t tried it or don’t prefer sushi there are other options. Try it, you won’t be disappointed. Hats off to the owner he is amazing!

I was surfing the net for good food near me and ran across Mr. Savage Sushi. The food look amazing. Started reading the reviews and had to give him a try. So glad we did, his food is amazing and so is his customer service. If you love sushi like my son and myself you have to give Mr. Savage a try! His food will not disappoint you, and don't forget to get you a Virgen Michalada 😋🤤 to wash it all down.

We have to go to Phoenix for Dr. appointments every month and just found this place. I was pleasantly surprised when we tried his food. It was super good. I had the shrimp lover roll, my husband had a hibachi dish and everything was great. When in Maricopa area, try this food truck, you will love it. Also check him out on Facebook.
