Worst wings I’ve ever tasted they were so dry they had no meat on the bone and the strips were very rubbery. Wasted money here

The person was confused who waited on me. I ordered the meal and she kept asking me if I wanted to also order fries, I explained to her that the meal comes with fries. She said if you want to order fries we can get them for free. I waited for my food for 25+ minutes. Several people came in after me and they were getting their food, I explained that to her. She looked at me like I was a Martian. Finally she went to get my food and she picked up a tray of food that was setting up there and brought it out. I told her the order was to go (when she waited on me she asked me twice if my order was to go). Got my food home it was cold and the chicken was so dry we couldn’t eat it. This was my first and last time I will visit this establishment. We paid $35 for horrible customer service and inedible food.

They have a clean restaurant and the bathroom is also clean. It's normally a friendly atmosphere and make you feel good to eat there. But if you ever get somebody checking you out with the name Brittany tell her go in the back. Because that's where she belongs Believe me when I say this! She is really bad has no personality and literally has an attitude for no reason and it's not just one time it's every single time I go to the restaurant and see her it's always the same and the restaurant is more than willing to keep her on staff knowing her behavior because they told me she is supposed to be in the back only because we are aware of her attitude issue. So again if you want to have a nice time make sure Britney is not working up front and if she is say I want somebody else. Other than that have a fantastic evening or a day eating at Slim's.

Ive tried this place a few times hoping it will get better. But each time I go im severely unimpressed. Food is cold, not cooked properly, and just does not taste good.

"Fried chicken" is soggy and under cooked. Tenders are very small are extremely salty. Frys are under cooked. Sauces are watery with no or a bad taste to them.

Just avoid this place.

Gave me two messy cups over flowing with milkshakes I had to use at least 15 napkins to clean it up I got ice cream on my seats. 4 people came to the window to try to rush me off because of their "timer" one last even said it's probably because it's over filled. So i asked if they would remake the second one because the lid couldn't close, took the cup immediately ask me to pull forward. I explained it got on my seats so and im cleaning up the mess the lady rolls her eyes and says "oh my gosh" very poor care and customer service. No apology or anything.

Move over Canes and Chick-Fil-A, there's a new player in the game of Chicken and it's Slim's Chicken...

I stopped in, was greated immediately, clean restaurant and AMAZING tasting Chicken Strips AND Chicken Wings...

I ordered the Combo Platter with 3-Strips and 3-Wings and it was delicious... The best part is you get to choose your the sauce flavors for your Wings AND THEY HAVE RANCH DRESSING - something you can't get at Raising Canes...

I only wish they had some locations in the Mesa, Tempe, Chandler area as I'll have to drive over 28 miles to the nearest location here in the Phoenix-Metro Area.

Suggestions: More locations in East Valley

Suggestions for this location: Although the chicken was GREAT, it seemed as if the chicken was held possibly in a portable food warmer as the chicken didn't taste as if it came directly from the fryer-to-plate.

Thank You Slim's Chicken - Great Experience... I live in Mesa, but if I lived in Maricopa, I'd be there at least 3X a week as your so much better than Canes or Chick-Fil-A.

Went through drive thru,had to repeat everything I asked 3x's. Asked for Fried Okra and got Fried Mushrooms instead. Asked extra spicy BBQ sauce, instead giot extra slim sauce. Most annoying/disappointing experience ever. The whole experience was horrible.! If the service was better I'm sure they would get more business.

This was our family's first time eating at Slim Chickens, and we were not impressed. The food was okay—there's a good variety of dipping sauces to choose from, which was a plus since we're big on sauces. The kids' meal portions were generous, so if you don't eat a lot, a kid's meal could easily fill you up. However, the one-star rating is due to the terrible service. We waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 10 minutes, as they seemed to only focus on one side of the drive-thru. By that time, my youngest started crying, and the situation became frustrating and stressful, especially since we'd already been in line for about 15 minutes. When we finally got to the window, the poor service continued. Overall, the customer service at the Slim Chickens in Maricopa definitely needs improvement

This place sells the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen, literally the size of my pinky, I ordered a four-piece but it’s more like a two-piece.
