This was my second trip to this restaurant. We need to recognize Kaelyn for her exceptional customer service.

I don’t eat much fried food, but as soon as I stepped into this restaurant, it brought me back to my roots in southwest Missouri.

I seriously was greeted with warm Midwest hospitality that made me think I was no longer in Arizona.

The food was hot and fresh and the tenders were flavorful without even any dipping sauce.

Kendria was also absolutely amazing and made sure she took the time to greet me and make sure my meal was to my satisfaction.

I’ll definitely have to come back

Want here for lunch, to done in with my wife. Took my order right away, then waited 30 minutes to get my food...got 8 wing meal, fries were old and cold, so was the bread. Chicken wings were cold and tough. Bit into one had a piece of bone. Thought I broke a tooth. Do not recommend this place to eat

The food was good it wasn’t bad I feel like it has space to improve a bit but the service makes up for it, CJ has a great and friendly customer service. Will be coming back 👍🏼

Ordered food from them last night 10/5 once i got home ate like 4 bites tasted nasty as can be...threw out the food now i am sicker then ever!!! Thanks for the food poisoning!!

The chicken has great flavors we go often, the only thing is the flys when you dine in someone's needs to be more careful. Otherwise it would be 5stars.

If you working around food and have long to med hair female or male need to wear hairnets…..you definitely need to require hairnets

Club sandwich-3 the sliver of bacon was a little “wow worthy”
The slimy ice lever at the soda machine sealed the deal for me.

Worst wings I’ve ever tasted they were so dry they had no meat on the bone and the strips were very rubbery. Wasted money here

The person was confused who waited on me. I ordered the meal and she kept asking me if I wanted to also order fries, I explained to her that the meal comes with fries. She said if you want to order fries we can get them for free. I waited for my food for 25+ minutes. Several people came in after me and they were getting their food, I explained that to her. She looked at me like I was a Martian. Finally she went to get my food and she picked up a tray of food that was setting up there and brought it out. I told her the order was to go (when she waited on me she asked me twice if my order was to go). Got my food home it was cold and the chicken was so dry we couldn’t eat it. This was my first and last time I will visit this establishment. We paid $35 for horrible customer service and inedible food.

They have a clean restaurant and the bathroom is also clean. It's normally a friendly atmosphere and make you feel good to eat there. But if you ever get somebody checking you out with the name Brittany tell her go in the back. Because that's where she belongs Believe me when I say this! She is really bad has no personality and literally has an attitude for no reason and it's not just one time it's every single time I go to the restaurant and see her it's always the same and the restaurant is more than willing to keep her on staff knowing her behavior because they told me she is supposed to be in the back only because we are aware of her attitude issue. So again if you want to have a nice time make sure Britney is not working up front and if she is say I want somebody else. Other than that have a fantastic evening or a day eating at Slim's.

Ive tried this place a few times hoping it will get better. But each time I go im severely unimpressed. Food is cold, not cooked properly, and just does not taste good.

"Fried chicken" is soggy and under cooked. Tenders are very small are extremely salty. Frys are under cooked. Sauces are watery with no or a bad taste to them.

Just avoid this place.

Gave me two messy cups over flowing with milkshakes I had to use at least 15 napkins to clean it up I got ice cream on my seats. 4 people came to the window to try to rush me off because of their "timer" one last even said it's probably because it's over filled. So i asked if they would remake the second one because the lid couldn't close, took the cup immediately ask me to pull forward. I explained it got on my seats so and im cleaning up the mess the lady rolls her eyes and says "oh my gosh" very poor care and customer service. No apology or anything.
