SHE CAN COOK!!!!! When I tell you I'm from the east coast and I was thrilled that this truck was coming through Maricopa? I MEAN IT! I tasted the food and it took me to a place I've been missing. Yoooo Mami, you NAILED IT! The pollo guisado was FIRE, my only criticism is throw some chicken thighs in there, otherwise the flavor profile is 100% AUTHENTIC!
