Yoooo Mami, you NAILED IT! The pollo guisado was FIRE, my only criticism is throw some chicken thighs in there, otherwise the flavor profile is 100% AUTHENTIC! Relleno de papas w/ ground beef and cheese....hats off to the chef!!! Arroz con gandules.....yesssss lord! The pernil? Moist, flavourful and cooked to perfection! If you start cooking chicharrones I'm moving in that truck!!! Wonderful! Terrific! Fantastic! She Puerto Rican for real yall, this is it!!!!

Every bite is full of flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The owners are always incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasure. I love that I can check their Facebook page to see exactly where they will be and what times they will be there. I crave their food on a weekly basis and it never disappoints.
