The food was excellent and so was the service! The couple that runs the truck were super friendly and personable. They didn’t rush me and took the time to explain the menu. I had the mofongo with steak & onions and it was delicious! I also gave the tostones a try and they didn’t disappoint either. I highly recommend stopping by their food truck and supporting this local business. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried the Jibarito with fried plantains at a community tailgate party. Michael was so helpful with explaining the menu items. First time trying fried plantains instead of bread. It was wonderful with the comfort of the meat and cheese with the crisp lettuce. Sooooo good!!!!!

This is my new favorite spot in town. The Jibarito is the best sandwich that I've had in quite some time, and tried the beef & cheese empanadas and they were fantastic, both come with the best rice & beans I've probably ever had. Portion size is very generous (bring a friend for the Jibarito). Incredible service, very friendly employees. I'll be back many times!
