Sofrito Tan Rico is by far the best food truck in Maricopa. The food quality is superb and the taste is out of this world. Every bite is full of flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The owners are always incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasure. I love that I can check their Facebook page to see exactly where they will be and what times they will be there. I crave their food on a weekly basis and it never disappoints.
I am from NYC. I have driven 45 minutes from Phoenix when I was visiting family to come eat here because I know that I am getting a true taste of home. Please know that when you eat here you are getting the real deal.
