The food was excellent and so was the service! The couple that runs the truck were super friendly and personable. They didn’t rush me and took the time to explain the menu. I had the mofongo with steak & onions and it was delicious! I also gave the tostones a try and they didn’t disappoint either. I highly recommend stopping by their food truck and supporting this local business. I’ll definitely be back!
OMGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE SO SO BOOOOOMB!!!!!! OWNER IS KIND AND FRIENDLY AND THE GUAVA BBQ SAUCE HIS WIFE MAKES IS FIRE!!!!!! WE HAD THE EMPANADAS PAPILLIOS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT BUT SERIOUSLY WAS EAT YOUR FACE OFF DELICIOUS
Tried the Jibarito with fried plantains at a community tailgate party. Michael was so helpful with explaining the menu items. First time trying fried plantains instead of bread. It was wonderful with the comfort of the meat and cheese with the crisp lettuce. Sooooo good!!!!!
