I had such a great experience with CJ! They were super bubbly and genuinely happy to be there, which is incredibly refreshing. I ordered a burger (during breakfast hours) and there wasn’t the slightest hint of annoyance, just their stellar attitude and kindness. CJ truly made my day. :]

First time in awhile visiting Sonic's Maricopa. I ordered 6 corn dogs and 3 large fries with a couple other items. We received our order (drive thru) and went home (about 15 minutes). Opened our order and we were 3 corn dogs short. Called the store and it was obvious that the man who answered didn't believe me or offer any sort of apology. I guess it doesn't pay to venture north of Smith-Enke.

I came in late last night. I was really tired. Had a lot of personal issues going on, and I mistook an act of kindness by Sophie for something that was not intended. Every time I come into the store, she’s been so polite to me, especially after the death of my wife. She is an outstanding employee and a credit to sonic. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Bought a foot-long chili cheese, Coney and chili cheese, tater tots today the food was very subpar very stingy with their cheese and their chili. Excellent service though.

Severly disappointed with the service I recived today. I had to repeat myself 4 times only to get my food and find out when I got home that they made it incorrectly, the pattys are old, dry and hard, the lettus is soft and wilted, no cheese on my cheeseburger just over all not pleased with this location

This was my 3rd time going to this sonics location. I delt with the same light skinned curly head kid all 3 times. I repeated my order 5 times saying NO ONIONS!!!!!! I was the only car in drive through and they proceeded to come to the windows and still gone me the wrong order. When they asked I clearly repeated my order again and asked there are NO ONIOND CORRECT? He said no. I het home and check my food my burger is filled with ONIONS 🌰. Terrible service and Terrible communication

The guy in the back prepping the food had no gloves on, touching the buns and whatever else you order. I ordered a foot long chili cheese coney and it barely had anything on it at all. The slush I ordered was made correct though.
