10/10 sonic. These days it takes a fair amount of hunting to find a sonic that still does it right. The service is usually fantastic. Special shout out to CJ- every time she is on the order mic it's hilarious and well placed. The burgers have no right to be as good as they are.

Justin at Sonic was so thoughtful. I always get a cookie dough shake at Sonic and have to ask for a spoon because a straw just won't cut it. but before we could even ask he said he got a boba straw for my shake because the cookie dough was too big for a normal straw. I'm going to ask for a boba straw every time now it was such a good idea. And I was really impressed with his thoughtfulness of such a small detail. It was really simple but it made such an impact.

Fries were old, and the chicken strips were dry. Every time I get a drink the side of my cup is dirty. If you're going through a drive thru it takes longer than if you park and order.

Today ordered six drinks, that’s all… I was waiting for 30 MINUTES to be told “oh it’ll be alittle longer we are waiting on slush machine”… WHAT?! It would have been awesome to know even 20 minutes ago that the machine was down and I could have ordered something else.
Staff were very slow. I was at the drive through for 39 minutes just to get my order wrong. Food was good but the service was horrible.

So, here it goes. I had an expectation when I initially ordered from this store. It was based of past experiences. First I ordered a 1/4 chili cheese coney. Literally recieved a 1/4 lb dog with maybe a tablespoon of chili and a teaspoon of cheese. No kidding! Swore I was one and done! My daughter came to visit and wanted corndogs, so we tried again. Got cheese sticks with no marinara and 2 packs of mustard for 3 corn dogs. If you're looking for a "sonic" type experience, this is not it. There won't be a 3rd time. It's obvious that this store is more worried about bottom line, than customer retention!
Do not get the sonic blast from this place, each of ours had whatever additive we requested for possibly 1/4 of the way down into it and it was light at that, and then not a crumb below that. Worst ever. As for the atmosphere, this is the only sonic without covered parking I've ever seen and it's in ARIZONA.

I DoorDashed from them and the jumbo popcorn chicken I got was stale and tasted like cardboard, when I tried to swallow it I gagged it back up. It was horrible. My boyfriend got a couple bacon chicken crunch wraps from them and it was awful too he couldn’t even eat it. I wasted so much money on food we couldn’t even eat. I’m NEVER eating from sonic again.
