Great food truck. It wasn't heard over the phone that I needed 2 carne fries, so they whipped it up in maybe 45seconds. Incredible. Very friendly, very fast.

I’ve never felt so disappointed—or disgusted—by a food establishment. The hygiene here is completely unacceptable. I witnessed my order being handed to another couple, and a few minutes later they returned it. Instead of remaking the food, the employee attempted to hand me the same order. When I questioned it, the girl at the counter insisted the couple “didn’t touch the food,” which is not something they could possibly know.

I kindly asked for the food to be remade, only to get a fake smile after back and forth which honestly should not have been an issue!!!. I waited 5 min only to have the same food handed right back to me. Food was soggy, cold, messy, and looked like it had been dropped or mishandled. They really thought I wouldn’t notice….

On top of that, I watched the cook repeatedly wipe sweat off his face with his hand and continue cooking without washing up. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe.

This place is being reported to the health department. Save yourself the risk—go somewhere that respects basic hygiene and customer safety. I have not had a bad experience at Francisco’s but they do close early.

I did call to let them know that I knew they handed me the same food and I would be bringing it back for a refund. I received a call back saying they will refund the order. I guess they didn’t want to have their line of customers know what they did

food is amazing. we've been coming here since last year. the only thing I hate about this place is the wait time. even if you order ahead of time, they're always running late. but I still think they're worth the wait because they're one of the best in this town.

I will forever and ever love this food truck. The food never disappoints and everything is to a T!!! This food truck doesn’t even compare to the others and will always be coming here for the food!! Love love love

The vibe here is great, and the shaded seating makes it comfortable even in the middle of the day. Service is quick and they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready, which is super convenient. The food is really good overall, but I wasn’t a fan of the guacamole since it tasted like the pre-packaged kind.

I called everyday this week because they say there open on the website and maps, And I call and they say there not available till Friday, they need to update it taking a whole week off

My wife says her chicken mini quesadilla and side of rice didn't have a lot of flavor, but she's been feeling poorly so...
Now, my Sonoran hotdog and fish taco were both excellent.
Prices are good. Service was a tad slow, but they just got hit by the dinner rush. All is good, and if I'm down in Maricopa again I will certainly go back for more. The menu is extensive and varied. Lots to try...

I love there food it’s just so good the girls there are so nice and make you feel welcome I don’t know how people are so rude to them last time I went a lady was being awfully rude to one of the girls because she did not want to wait like women they are busy everyone else wait there turn trust me the wait time it’s worth it ? I recommend the Carne Asada fries and their hotdogs
