Busy drive-thru so I went inside. The service was good. Alot of seating but lacks atmosphere. Boxes were piled up in the customer area. The employees coming to work were seated at the largest table leaving smaller areas for customers.

The morning crew at this location is good. The afternoon crew is much to be desired. Lazy, Very unfriendly, Extremely poor customer service. The girl working the counter with the Pierced lip is particularly notable for some of the worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. One star is actually generous for today’s service.

I usually would get Starbucks a five star but today Starbucks disappointed me ! I ordered from Uber eats! I ordered an iced venti caffe latte with an extra shot espresso and extra caramel drizzle! I’ve been ordering this drink for months now and today It wasn’t even all the way full! Like there wasn’t enough of something and just left it half way! My coffee is so dark and taste so harsh, I had to add some milk from home! My coffee Was not what I ordered. And it’s so disappointing 😢

A big FAT No stars! most horrible starbucks i had ever gone to ! I do expect it being very busy since its a starbucks right next to the only road out of town, But not a whole 30 min wait and no way out the damn line ! In conclusion, DONT go to this one if you need to be somewhere soon! and yes its always busy ! And i don't care whos people work there, THEY SUCK !

This place is horrible to doordash drivers. I've never wasted so much time in one store.
No mater how many customers are waiting or the drive through it’s soooo slow. Even with mobile orders you’re looking at like 15 min. They are always pleasant though

Visited this location for the first time over the weekend. While the location was clean and nice TV LED board which showed who in queue. It took nearly 30 mins to get my cup of coffee. Not to mention, my appetite for said coffee died down as I seen everyone’s diabetic drinks come forth to the serving station. I can’t believe people are drinking lumps of sugar and parents allowing this to happen to their children. Safe to say I won’t ever returning to this satanic establishment

They dont package drinks correctly. Put two drinks in a bag, no cup holders no stoppers and they ended up spilling. Train your employees correctly. Its not a 99 cent coffee so act like its not Service is better anywhere else in town.

Unfortunately I usually leave likely reviews but this called for a not so good one. I’ve gone several times, at different times, at very different times of the year as I only go when I travel to this location. EVERY time we have gone the drinks have been wrong and/or have taken 20+ minutes. Tonight was the last straw when there was a huge wait and the barista was on her phone and moving as slow as possible. I’ve never seen anything like it. Complete disregard for the people waiting on her and the complaints that were could hear. Management needs to step up and make sure their staff is on point. We will never be back to this location again.
