We visited at lunch on a Friday so of course it was really busy. The tables were about 80% full so wasn't sure where we would sit after we ordered our food. We had 5 people ahead of us in line and so it was about a 20 minute wait. But by the time we ordered, most of the tables had opened up so we were fine. Food was very fresh, as always, and wrapped correctly. This was our first visit at this location. The only thing I would do different is to have a third member helping out, especially when it's busy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway during my recent visit. The server, Madeline, was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. Her attitude was unpleasant, and she made my sandwiches carelessly. To make matters worse, she was wearing long nails that were visibly poking through her gloves—something that is both unsanitary and concerning in a food service setting.

What truly alarmed me was that she used the same gloves to handle both the food and the cash register. After touching the register, she went right back to preparing my sandwiches without changing gloves. This is a clear violation of food safety standards and frankly, it’s disgusting.

I expect better hygiene and customer service from a brand like Subway. I hope this issue is addressed seriously to ensure a cleaner and more respectful environment for future customers.

It's a Subway, some are better than others. This location is always clean and the food has never disappointed. Service has always been fast and friendly as well.

I was disgusted that they placed receipts on top of the vegetables; they contaminated them. This made me doubt that they followed the health protocol. I asked the employee not to put those papers on top of the vegetables, and he just moved them over the mayonnaise and oils.

Every time I do a mobile order for a toasted sub it’s NOT toasted at all. I’m really confused about what processes this location is following. I customize my sub by removing some items and adding some, but it still says toasted so I’m really confused. Also it’s a chicken bacon ranch sub, the default is to toast it!

I physically go back into the store because they say they’ll remake it. I ordered the exact same sub and watch them physically toast it, so much browner on the bread than the photo. Whoever is making the mobile orders doesn’t give a crap about anybody except whatever timeline they have to make.

Nice subway. Is it a strip mall that tucked around to the northwest around the corner. Good place for a healthy meal.

Honestly, we never have issues here. The store is clean, the employees are friendly and the food is always good.

I came in today for 4 sandwiches. I was very uncomfortable because the lighter complexion male worker with black hair completely ignored what I wanted, I asked nicely 5x if he can toast my cheese on my Philly and not on the bread. He proceeds to just ignore my request. I had to ask while I’m at the checkout if it got toasted which I knew it didn’t. He then states that it’ll melt since the meat is hot. I just wanted it toasted, and it in fact wasn’t melted when I got home from my lunch break. Maybe he was going through something today but I definitely didn’t deserve to be ignored and feel bad for simply requesting something. Terrible terrible service. Politeness goes a long way.

Ordered dinner for pick up. Went to pick it, didn't have cookies (got it fixed right then) went home and opened subs. Both were wrong.
Called, they said they would remake it. Cool. Went to pick it up. Got two new subs. Got home. STILL made a sub wrong. Not ordering pick up again.

The website kept denying my BOGO order. 4 bank transactions later and still no recieved order... the manager took care of me and quickly. Shout out to GREAT management. I thought about leaving multiple times, but they made an additional sale today with their customer service. This location has a horrible wifi connection. The tip the gave is to head over to the gym next door. Thank you SO much ladies! Our family will see you again soon!
