Everytime!!!! You can never ever order online!!! All 4 sandwiches WRONG!!! not even close toppings for one onn the other etc... not one of the four sandwiches in the $55 order even close!!! I know better, was in a hurry, didn't open each one while in store, good thong I didn't as I would have lost it!!! HOW HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW THE RECIPE!!!

The food was absolutely delicious, I always have this very sweet and friendly young lady Savannah. She always asks how I’m doing and seems so interesting in my nothing life haha. Over all love coming back here every weeks to see my favorite employee! They all work together so well and communicate so well!

I visited the Subway restaurant located in Maricopa for lunch on a Tuesday around 1:30 p.m. There were already two customers at the service counter getting their sandwiches prepared when I walked in. Someone else from behind the counter stepped up and helped me with very little wait time. I ordered a 12 inch Meatball Marinara Sub on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, to go. The total bill for this one sandwich was $10.58. My “Sandwich Artist”, as Subway once called their employees, wasn’t very good at remembering what I had said, but she asked a lot of questions and made my sandwich with no mistakes. She did not skimp on the ingredients I asked for. This was a refreshing change from what I’ve experienced in the past where they barely put anything on and I had to ask for more. She even toasted the sandwich for me after adding the meatballs and provolone cheese. This restaurant has a small area next to the cash register where customers can help themselves to napkins, straws, and various different condiments that people might want on their sandwiches. The aroma of my meatball sub filled the vehicle as I drove home. It smelled wonderful. I took some pictures for this review and the pictures paint a different picture than what I tasted. Trust me when I say that the sandwich tasted much better than it looks in the pictures.

Maaaan ordered a buffalo chicken and asked them for salt and pepper and you can tell they don't cook at home! My sandwich was saltier than Rachel ray cooking! (Ordered through door dash)

I ordered ahead of time and was late to pick up my order I called and let them know I was running late and they were fine with that. The only reason that I do three stars is because when ordering online you don't get all the choices of what to put on your sandwich as you do when you're there in person I think this should be changed.

Restaurant is clean and pretty easy to order. Food was made okay but in a rushed manner with little to no care ( there is no line & I’m the only one there.) Customer service, extremely poor. Laura has attitude issues and does not give any care. Chris on the other hand was very helpful and attentive. Overall experience, not great; but if there was no attitude my sandwich would taste 10x better.

The restaurant was clean and not too crowded at lunch time. There were three employees making sandwiches at the time, a female and two males. The female was polite and professional; the two males, not so much. The guy making the sandwiches would just pile all the toppings in the middle of the sandwich and not spread them out unless you asked him. Then the stoaner guy at the register was just unprofessional and had a IDGAF attitude. The sandwiches didn’t look that great (see pictures), but they tasted fine.
