Asian Seoul's COPA KITCHEN is a hidden gem and a nice treasure in Maricopa. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The Bento Boxes are great, with good value for the price, a good serving size, and lots of sides to choose from. Meals like the chicken teriyaki, beef bulgogi, shrimp tempura, gyoza, Korean style fried rice, bulgogi fries, burger, and chicken katsu are all delicious. For dessert, the cheesecake egg rolls with raspberry sauce, apple pie egg rolls, and caramel egg rolls are fantastic. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and comfortable, with cute decorations and kpop cutouts. The servers are absolutely amazing, attentive, and professional. Stephanie is stellar, offering excellent recommendations. Chris and Mayers are wonderful and very professional. This family owned type place has good music. Customers will definitely be back again.
