I have left forty messages through the app in regards to an order.I did not receive.I placed the order through taco bell app.Door dash was to deliver.They never delivered it to me.Jeremiah was the delivery driver.He confirmed he did not deliver or pick up from taco bell and delivered to me.I called the store one hour after it was supposed to be delivered.They said they still had it at the store.Of course.At that time, I did not want it.I've gotten zero response from anyone from this store.They owe me thirty three dollars.This has gone on for almost two weeks now.Doordash won't help me because I didn't order through doordash.I ordered through the taco bell app.I've called taco bell's eight hundred number and been on hold for a total of one hour over six phone calls zero.Response zero capability of leaving a message. This is the most unprofessional store.Most unprofessional restaurant ever.I even called the local store.Apparently.They don't know how to use a phone.I have it recorded, they just put the phone down.So it was off the hook for hours and hours.So that's good for business.You know why?Because I have it recorded heard everything they said for over an hour.Crazy.All I want is my thirty three dollars back but I definitely wouldn't order through taco bell app because you'll get screwed.There's no recourse, apparently except for class action lawsuit.People should let me know if they want to start one.I could start a class action lawsuit.No problem.

In recent years, this location has really stepped up its game. They rarely forget any of our order and quickly fix any issues we have.
Updating to add that this location and the employees are awesome. We thought that we hadn't received a spicy potato soft taco and they made another fresh. I was so embarrassed when we got home and found that the taco was actually in one of the bags.

I have noticed a lack of service at pretty much all Taco Bell‘s. This particular Taco Bell will tell you to use their kiosk instead of somebody actually taking an order. They will encourage customers to only use the kiosk which is kind of offputting and also makes the servicedecline as well.

The worst place to use a drive thru. They never get your order correct, and will tell you there is sauce in the bag when there isn't. Ordered burritos without onions as my daughter is allergic to them, glad we checked as even though the receipt said no onions, there were. Steer clear or go inside, avoid the rude girl who throws bags of hot sauce at you when you complain in the drive thru.
