if you have the time or you're not in any sort of a rush, there are some good food options. I feel sorry for the waitstaff always having to apologize for the delay. I can only imagine how many people walk out because it either took way too long or the food wasn't prepared correctly as I witnessed during my last visit. this place is in desperate need of good management and a fully staffed and trained kitchen.
Parking: only 2 other guest so close parking is easy but you won't be able to eat for an hour or longer depending on what and how much you order.
I'm compelled to share the story because it is a little bit humorous. When the Burger Den popped up on my cell phone I had no idea what it was. To the best of my knowledge I had never been there. But, when I looked it up on google, it looked like it was somewhere near the Pizza Hut. So I got excited and called my son and told him there might be a place where we could get decent burgers in Maricopa. They are few and far between which is a bit unacceptable for the County's largest city. However, as I began researching it, everything pointed to the Burger Den as being Denny's. Now I knew that wasn't true because I had been to Denny's two days before and I had driven by that same day. So after about 10 minutes of searching I discovered that the Burger Den is inside of Denny's. There's no signs or any indication from the outside that this is in fact true. So if you're looking for burgers then you should look at Denny's. Their burgers are good but my son finds them too greasy. I grew up in an age where in Greasy burgers with what we all wanted. What we had at Denny's, the day we were there was steak and eggs for me, and this is the only place in Maricopa to get a decent steak and eggs meal. And a chicken sandwich for my son. Both were great, but as I said, we saw no sign of anything called The Burger den. However, they were using a limited menu because we were there on a holiday. It's possible that if you go during a regular day you'll find a special segment of the Denny's menu that's called the burger den. Anyway, don't get confused and wander around looking for a standalone restaurant. It doesn't exist.
