Got a pair of beats but one earbud was defective. Took them back to Walmart about an hour later and they said they couldn't return them because the serial numbers are different. Didn't swap anything out. Took everything back exactly how I bought them. Serial number on the case, package, and receipt matched but the earbuds themselves had some different numbers. They told me I'd have to contact beats for a return. Went to another Walmart and they returned it with no issues

Went in to this location 9/12/24 with $26 in rolled coins (2) $10 rolls, (1) $5 roll & (2) .50 rolls. Paid for my items at the register with no problem. A older woman of color was working. Went back in 9/13/24 to purchase something for my child that totalled $23 & again wanted to use rolled coins. This time a non woman of color was working and told me they can't take rolled coins. I asked why not as I just used rolled coins the previous night. She went to get a manager also another woman not of color and I was told I had to PAY to use the coin star machine to then get cash to turn around and pay for my items. I asked why and she said they get Canadian coins and have never taken rolled coins it's always been store policy which is untrue. Then I proceeded to unroll the roll of quarters to show her it is American currency and in fact the correct amount in the roll. She then say I still can't accept this. I ask why not & she says because we don't accept change. So first you wouldn't take my money because it was rolled, then you wouldn't take it because it may be Canadian, then you wouldn't take it because it was change all together. She then says with an attitude fine I'll take it this one time and walks away from the register. I'm standing there looking around and she comes back and tells me I can only use it in the self checkout lane. Another worker who was Hispanic and very nice suggested that once she heard the manager tell me no but I didn't want to hold up the line putting coins in the machine one by one because only 4 out of the 8 self checkout machines were working the other 4 had out of order signs on them. I did end up using the machine because it was my last resort. I need someone to help me understand what was the difference between taking my money at the register and it taking 1-2 minutes for the transaction vs refusing me and making me hold up the line in self checkout. I spent the same exact coins, I spent the same amount of money, it's all going to the same exact place at the end of the night. Terrible customer service. Literally the worst Walmart experience ever.

The customer service is not customer service they let the phone ring and ring and ring as not have courtesy to get the answer them self’s and every week there is a lot of items not stocked or out of completely

Their produce department is not the best, the ears of corn should be in the trash, if you want good produce go to other stores here or Chandler.

Way cleaner and neater than the Walmart in Casa Grande.

It's everything you'd expect from a Walmart.

Clean, cashiers available,only downside shelves half full or empty.

Not enough employees to help.

Needs to be 24 hours or build another store on the east side of town .
