First time visiting here today & I love the environment. Staff was friendly, the ice cream was yummy & the prices are good. I returned twice in one day & will be returning with the boys more often.
Amazing service! Everyone is so nice!! All the treats are 👏 amazing!!!!
Usually always busy but still very quick. They provide a great place for not only water but sweet treats. My girls enjoy helping filling and loading our water knowing that ice cream, or a milkshake or smoothie or any other sweet treat concoction you can think up they will create. They also provide a great learning experience for teens trying to get their first job. This store is a staple to the city of Maricopa and is always willing to help with community events. They provide way more to the city of Maricopa than just water and treats.
Never have water. Never have ice. How are you always out of water. Plan ahead, get more water or open another water and ice. This is beyond ridiculous how often water can not be filled here.
Nobody loves having to go fill their water jugs, I can imagine, but I do like coming here. Everyone is almost always very nice and friendly, and it seems to rub off on the customers from time to time. How can you be grumpy surrounded by candy and ice cream? The water is great too! They have an impressive menu of fun shake, smoothie, shaved ice and soft serve options to serve your sweet tooth and you can add protein if you want to feel a little less guilty. Never had anything to complain about and I'm here pretty frequently. I just really don't like the parking lot here but that's not their fault.
Fire place
Friendly and huge carts for water jugs. RO water. $4 for 3, 5 gallon jugs. Even an automatic machine to wash/rinse jugs.
Nice people working there.
This place isn’t bad at all. The ice cream is always good. The people in there are actually nice. The owner is super nice. However today 10/27 we were in there to fill out our 2 jugs and when the staff behind the counter saw us with two jugs, they had us dump out one. The crazy thing is that the people ahead of us had three jugs and paid for it just fine. I did not understand what happened here. If there’s a water shortage ok, we understand. But don’t go ahead and charge people for more than 1 jug when you had us dump out one of ours. Wow.
Customer service has gone downhill. Young kids with no sense of customer service . It’s water, not gold

The place has good prices and you can also pick up some sweets and ice while you're getting your water. The people are friendly.
Seldom do you enter a business with nicer people. The owner and staff here are always friendly. I asked an employee why he's always so pleasant and replied that his boss was awesome and really enjoyed working for her.
Wow been coming here for 10 years never have I ever been discriminated against. Very disappointed how this world is coming to especially by the owner to treat a loyal customer in this manner. Never thought I would be treated unfairly because I’m a woman of color especially here!??♀️
I went into get water this evening just after 8 pm the door was unlocked and the sign open was on I brought in my water jug to fill up and the people that were there were very rude and disrespectful to me saying they were closed ....
I have never had any issues with this place until tonight
It shuld also be noted that when the boss is away they have music going on that is very disturbing and not family friendly for the general public
They also have people dressed very unprofessional and ignore customers and payore attention to their phones or dance to very disturbing music like rap or other non family friendly music that normally plays when the boss is there or during early hours
Good experience. Filled 3-5-gallon jugs for $4.50.
Sometimes the vending outside doesn't work but if you go during business hours, there is no problem.
