Card readers out front weren’t working, tried several cards and a phone.
We love coming to Water & Ice! We usually stop by for ice cream and especially the banana split, which is always delicious! We also go to fill up our 5 gallon water jugs for everyday use. The staff is friendly. It’s such a convenient and reliable spot for both ice cream and our daily water needs.
Always my go to water store. I drive all the way down from Queen Creek to get the best water and best customer service. The owner Tanya has always been friendly and wonderful to me and my children. Worth the drive and time
The best place to get and ice cream in maricopa🤟🏽
Amazing service and very friendly smiles! Environment and energy is definitely positive and all out good. Great spot to be and enjoy. Definitely recommend! :)
They're always so nice. Very fun environment
I love coming here. The staff is always friendly, the place feels welcoming, and the protein shakes/smoothies hit every time. It’s one of those local spots that makes you feel like part of the neighborhood.
The staff at Water&Ice makes the simple task of getting water a real pleasure. Always with a big smile and a hello. The store offers so much more including the best milkshake I've ever had. Water &Ice will always be where I will go. Great Job!
I love this place it always so clean and I love the ice cream and the employees are so nice!
From the dozens of times I’ve spent money inside this business over the years, I’ve never had one of their employees follow me outside to confront me about my visit until now. This business is named Water & Ice, located at 20928 N. John Wayne Parkway Suite C-7 in Maricopa, Arizona. The purpose of this visit was to use their bottle sanitizing machine and for this Google review. The bottle sanitizing machine at one time had instructions toward the top, however, those instructions have been partially chipped away, rendering them unreadable. The blue buttons at the top of the machine labeled “1” and “2” imply that the person operating the equipment should press the button labeled 1 first, then the button labeled 2 afterwards, so that’s what I did. After performing the 1-2 cycle, my water bottle had residual water inside and out and felt warmer than when I started, so I was under the impression that it had successfully completed the sanitization cycle. I repeated this with a second empty water bottle. I then stepped up to the register and paid an employee 50¢, which I felt was a good value. I took three pictures inside this business for this review (see attached photos) and walked outside to take a picture of the store front after loading the clean bottles into my vehicle. That’s when a different employee followed me outside demanding I tell her why I was taking pictures of the store. In my experience with public photography, people like this employee either have an innocent curiosity or they escalate the situation unnecessarily. I’ve dealt with both, and not knowing her intentions made me nervous, so I braced myself in case she decided to escalate the situation. In an effort to preempt her from escalating nothing into something, I told her that I was going to write a Google review, which appeared to calm her down, although I remained feeling on edge. She then advised me that she hopes I write a “good review”. I write honest reviews based upon the experience itself, including perceived value, quality and respect I encounter throughout the encounter. The score breakdown for this visit is as follows: -.5 star for the condition of the sanitizer machine, -1 star for following me outside demanding answers and putting me on edge, and -1 star for attempting to influence my review score. That’s 2.5 stars rounded up to 3. The writing on the door says “Welcome” but following me outside to interject herself into my personal business after the transaction had completed, had the exact opposite effect.
