Worst service ever. Go in before work to pick up my online order and it’s 3 kids standing in the kitchen looking confused. They ask my name and then can’t find my ticket. The girl running the shift who looked 19 reprinted my ticket and told me it would be another 20-30mins after I had been there for 15min after my order was supposed to be ready. I asked for the name of the GM and they said he’s no longer with the store. Lol!

Sat there for 35 minutes waiting on 8 wings. Finally asked and they hit me with, “Oh, it’s gonna be another 10 minutes.” Seriously? Asked for a refund and they said they can’t do it there, took my info, and now I gotta wait 8 DAYS to get my own money back. What a joke. SMH.
Management sucks, Kristen, in particular.
Poor management skills and do not care about the crew members at all. Kristen is very unprofessional and leads a toxic work environment!!

I ordered online at 3pm to pick up at 8pm I arrived at 8pm to pick up only to be told I had to wait an additional 15 mins because the were behind? What’s the point of ordering ahead by 5 hours only to be told to wait longer this is

Wife and I come for lunch sometimes and we’ve noticed Management has changed a lot. Most recently It’s been hard to order and enjoy the atmosphere because the newest Manager is ultimately, what it seems like, belittling what I can only assume is teenagers and young adults. Very uncomfortable as a Father myself, these teens look miserable and like they’re about to fall apart. I’d never allow my child to work in a place where it’s OK to yell, mock, or talk back to upset young teens. I asked the girl in the front about it and she looked terrified to say anything at all. Lots I could say about the food quality, and nothing really nice either. Overall we’ve decided not to return, I hope those young adults stick up for themselves.

I ordered online, accidentally ordered take out not delivered,I immediately called the Wingstop to correct. They said all they could do was cancel my order and it would take a week to ten days. I cancelled. You lost a customer.

why is the food quality so bad now :( I decided not to cook today and have some wings for my family and I. I spent over $60 for this quality. This is supposed to be a 10 pc boneless wing. I couldn’t even go back in because I had my baby crying.

Made an online order for delivery. When the delivery guy got there they told him they ran out of fries. They had him calls us and we spoke to an employee .they weren’t willing to give us a discount for the inconvenience all they had to offer was a replacement of corn instead of fries or we could cancel our order(that we had already been waiting almost an hour for),Ridiculous! Very upsetting poor customer service and poor management.
