Taylor killed it with her customer service. So friendly, cheerful and just a treat. This world could use a few more like her. Food was good and the fries were spot in. We'll be back.
This is by far the WORST WING STOP I KNOW OF. Staff is always rude and your food always come out wrong. Why do we keep coming this hole of hell

I honestly love wingstop chicken. I’ve been getting chicken here for years and will continue to do so. My only complaint is that they changed the fries and I like the flavor of the old fries better. Please bring them back as an option if possible.🙁

Wingstop thinks they're cute by adding these new signs on the wall telling you when your order is ready, except the kids behind the counter don't know how to use it properly. When the order says ready with the check mark and all three little squares are lit up green saying ready a green check mark ready. It's supposed to be ready. But they're bright employees say no it still got another 10-15 minute bagging process this is absolutely ridiculous I strongly recommend everyone going somewhere else this place is absolutely disgusting the kids are horrible employees there none of them have manners they talk to everyone like they are garbage this is absolutely disgusting Wingstop absolutely disgusting the disgrace too fast food restaurants
Okay so I go in on 1.17.2026 today to pick up an order that was placed over 20 minutes ago I get there the girl behind the counter tells me 5 to 10 more minutes 20 minutes later she's still telling me the same thing it was a big order 75 pieces is not that big Wingstop this is absolutely disgusting and you say you were fixing it You were doing absolutely nothing this is disgusting Wingstop I will continue to advertise how disgusting this location is in Maricopa Arizona

Used to be my favorite Wing Stop. Today, they were out of ice, out of Diet Coke and the wings were terribly dry. I won’t be returning.
This is the 3rd time I was emailed a coupon and was unable to use it online. I called and was put on hold for 20mins, this is not the first time that's happened either. A female finally picks up and I explain the situation only to be put on hold again. At no point was there an apology for the online difficulty or the long hold time. I like savings/deal but not at the expense of bad service. When I got to Wingstop, no one was in line and the female was cleaning the doors. So the upside is, the place was clean.

First of all when I arrived I was greeted with a clean restaurant and the sound of fryers in the background (we love the fresh food). I then went up to order, instantly the associate named Emma was there to help me and my boyfriend. She was very patient with our long order and even gave menu recommendations when asked. Amazing girl! Anyways, after placing our order it was given almost immediately and everything was fresh. Best restaurant experience so far this year!

I arrived at 10:59 , order wasn’t even started .. I watched ever order on the board leave… then I watched the staff get caught up in a conversation and completely stopped working ….by 11:43 I got my wings and fries …just for the fries to be cold and the chicken wasn’t done … honestly this location has been lacking for a while… the lady at the front was nice tho…but I don’t won’t half done wing drenched in sauce

We stopped by Wingstop on our way home from work around 10:50 pm. We waited for at least 30 minutes just for uds to get home with some random order.. we go to eat to find out no dipping sauce and the wrong order! Called the store to notify them to tell us we have to take thd order back tomorrow to be replaced, because they close in 9 minutes. When asked what we are supposed to do now since this was supposed to be dinner.. all we got was oh im sorry..

This wingstop is horrible I ordered a 3 tender combo meal and they gave me ones as small as a boneless wing. Had to fight to get my ranch that comes with the combo and then ask for my drink since they wouldn’t give it to me. Don’t recommend coming here if you want what you pay for
Waited over an hour for my food. Our friends who got here after and ordered more food than us got their food before us even though they ordered the exact same wings. Horrible service and food. Worst wing stop I have ever been to!

The cashier Emma was very nice and polite. The restaurant was clean and I received my food fast. My order was correct. The food was not the best at all. My wings were dry and salty. The fries weren’t natural let normal and they were hard and salty. In my opinion, the fries are usually better than the wings, but the fries they have now, seem a tasty like frozen fries. Nasty!! Please switch the fries back and don’t cook the wings so hard.
