Bethany is a true downfall to the organization as a whole. She is very rude and will hang up on you if you have a problem and then advise staff not to answer your phone call when calling back. I had several missing items that I noticed when I got back home, 30 mins later. When I called them, absolutely no help at all and Bethany got angry and hung up on me. The franchisee needs to contact me and resolve this issue before I got to corporate.

this wingstop suckssss ! they always close their online/delivery orders simply because they don’t want to do them. i’ve walked in and they’re literally just hanging out and doing nothing. just got my order cancelled AGAIN !!!!!

We ordered dinner online for dinner tonight to pickup and bring home. The first time we ordered from here it was terrible but we decided to give it another shot. Well, nothings changed. It was still terrible, just not as terrible I guess? Anyways, our house is 15 minutes from the store as we’re on the farthest east side of Maricopa. We picked up, thought to check the bags because our order was $80 and didn’t want to have to drive back if something was wrong, but figured two large heavy bags, they’d have everything right? Nope. We got home and were missing an entire order. I called the store and initially they weren’t willing to (re)make it for me (cause they didn’t do it the first time) unless I brought our entire order back to the store for them to look at to verify it wasn’t there. I told the girl on the phone my kids started eating already so foods already missing, and who’s to say anyone didn’t just get home, take something out and bring the rest back to claim they were missing something? At that point she said they would remake it for me and I could pickup in 15 mins. So I head back out to pickup the remake, get there and upon arrival it’s already ready. They have me my order, I get to my car and it’s not even my order. I take it back inside and they had given me the wrong bag with someone else’s name on it. They give me a bag with my name, okay cool, get to my car and it’s my remake. Great. I’m on my way home and my kid calls and says there’s a long blond wavy/curly hair in his wings and refuses to eat the rest. None of us have long blond wavy/curly hair, none of us are even blond. Once I get home and asked how dinner was, not one of my four kids or husband could say it was great and they even told me I should have picked something different for dinner tonight. So now as I’m eating my cold boneless wings, I’m wishing we had gone somewhere else for dinner.

Worst service !!! worst food I’ve ever eaten !!! I’m completely disgusted by the food there! The place is dirty and the service is poor. I will never recommend this place it’s hard to believe those ratings fr I received one star service and I’m not even confrontational smh it’s just sad!

Place an order online went in to pick it up It was still a few minutes before it was ready which is fine but when I get home and expect chicken wings I don't expect them all baby legs I expect some flats as well A mixture if you spend for 24 wings 16th which is supposed to be bone-in wings and not one flat that's unacceptable

I don't know if it's company policy in this particular area or if it's the workers here, but every single time we order ahead of time they always take longer than the estimated time. I count at least 7 employees there. I don't know if it's age, inexperience, or lack of effort, but It's incredibly frustrating to order from this place. The food quality is fine but man the wait time is brutal.

Ordered in the app and was given an estimate of 15 to 20 minutes. It ended up taking 1 hour 5 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo and 15 wings with fries 😩 The food was pretty good, but can't say that I will be coming back to this location.
