The manager Christina at this location that was on duty tonight 9/14 at 7:30pm is so rude and so is the staff. Jenn telling people sheâs been off the Clock for 20 minuets yet still being yelled at to get things by Christina then telling customers she canât help them because sheâs been off the clock for 20 minutes. When we walked in Christina told another customer that ordered that âthis isnât Burger King we donât do that here sweetie. this is a McDonaldâs we donât do thatâ when she asked for a customization on her food. Then she said âwhy the hell are we making doubles. We donât need doublesâ to the staff. Then Christina yelling at the staff asking if she has to do their jobs for them too and speaking to the customers and staff in a demeaning way. Horrible management. There was one lady who said that she was waiting for her food for 15 minutes and every time I heard her ask a worker where her food was, she was ignore or told that the worker was off the clock (yet still working)⊠Who the hell hired Christina and her Terrible attitude??? Itâs a McDonaldâs not a navy seal brigade thereâs no reason to yell at the staff or the customers this way. Itâs not that seriousâŠ. Someone needs to retrain Christina on her management skills

This has to be one of the friendliest McDonaldâs Iâve been to. Smiling, happy employees and amazing service. Even treats for our 2 dogs.
Workers expect everyone to use kiosks or their phone. And when that's not working, you will stand there a very long time and realize, no one is coming to take your order. Not even to ask if we need help with the kiosk. Nothing. I stood there so long I eventually had to just walk away. They are great at putting orders out but they act like customers don't exist. Definitely needs a new manager. To top it off, if you get a table number, they'll ignore it and call you to the front anyway.
Perfect location off the freeway and beautifully kept! It's just missing a playground so kids can take a break and have fun.
