Workers expect everyone to use kiosks or their phone. And when that's not working, you will stand there a very long time and realize, no one is coming to take your order. Not even to ask if we need help with the kiosk. Nothing. I stood there so long I eventually had to just walk away. They are great at putting orders out but they act like customers don't exist. Definitely needs a new manager. To top it off, if you get a table number, they'll ignore it and...
This place stays busy since it is off the highway. They are very slow taking orders. The food it’s not bad. We have been here a few times and the food has always been hot. It’s just the fact that the service is not the best.

The 5 star is for the nice young lady. Food it self is still McDonald's but over all this location is usually better than average.
