Glamping in the middle of the desert. Big open restaurant area. Animals that you can feed and watch them play around. Helicopter ride around the Grand Canyon and horseback riding.
Unique experience when touring the Grand Canyon. We are in one of the Conestoga wagons... comes with King bed and a bunk bed. Would be a bit cramped with kids but it is glamping not a 5 star resort. Minutes from the Skywalk, our next stop.
What an amazing concept and idea! We arrived shortly before check in and hung out at the saloon. Our covered wagon was cozy and very comfortable. Everyone always greeted us and asked how we were doing. They built our fire and made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. Great place. We will be back!
Our stay at the Grand Canyon Glamping Resort was nothing short of unforgettable.
From the moment we were picked up from our hotel on the Las Vegas trip, Mica, our driver gave us a great history lesson about the West stopping at the Hoover Dam for a photo op.
As soon as we arrived at the resort, we could feel how special this place was. They care for rescue animals on the property. Seeing the love and care they put into the animals truly added to the experience. There was a miniature horse, an alpaca, goats, cows, donkeys, horses and bison.
We stayed in a Geo Dome, and it was magical. Laying in bed at night and looking up at the stars through the dome felt like something out of a dream.
The food was very good and super flavorful, which made every meal a treat in itself.
One of the highlights for me was riding an ATV for the very first time. Our guides, Eddie and T.J., were fantastic—so attentive, always making sure we were safe, and giving us plenty of time to stop and take in the breathtaking scenery of the Joshua trees and Grand Canyon with photos.
But as the saying goes, “you save the best for last,” and that’s exactly how I feel about Brenda. She does multiple jobs on premise as do all of the staff, they were ALL extremely helpful. But…I need to do an extra special acknowledgment to Brenda. She went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. She somehow remembered everyone’s name and greeted us personally each day, which made us feel special. Calling her sweet would be an understatement—she was attentive, thoughtful, sincere, and always smiling. She created such a relaxed, welcoming environment that truly made our stay complete. Brenda you are fantastic!!!
This resort is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with heart, beauty, and genuine hospitality.

So much fun with Jeremy Williams 🙌
Jeremy was a great tour guide he went above and beyond! Ask for Jeremy!
Beyong amazing. This is a must stop and do when in Vegas! We experienced the wagon which included a private full bathroom. The staff were super helpful and nice. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was great as well. The site also offers ATV, horseback riding, and you are accompanied with the animals on site, goats and bison. The restaurant serves as the lobby, which is super kid-friendly. The whole establishment is kid and family-friendly. There are a lot of games and things for the kids to play with, including petting and feeding the goats. At night, you can purchase wood for the firepit and watch the stars at night. We saw the Milky Way galaxy and countless stars, you never want to look away. Don't miss the shooting stars. This is such an amazing experience for the family, even for just one night. The wagon we stayed in was very clean. And honestly I don't mind doing my own house-cleaning upon arriving which I do wherever we go wherever we stay. This is something we never thought to do and the kids loved it. Don't forget the helicopter ride offered from Wild West Helicopters which I will review next.
We had the most incredible stay at the Grand Canyon Glamping Resort! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Our kids had an absolute blast — from adventurous ATV rides and scenic horseback riding to spending time at the charming petting zoo with the sweetest animals. The staff was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The food was another highlight — the steak we had was cooked to perfection and honestly rivaled the quality of some of our favorite Vegas restaurants. Our luxury teepee was spotless, wonderfully cool inside, and so comfortable — the perfect retreat after a day full of activities.
The location is perfect too — it’s right on the way to the Grand Canyon West viewing area with the famous glass Skywalk, making it an ideal stop for anyone visiting the area.
This was the perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and hospitality. We’re already talking about when we can come back!
