I really like the way the restaurant restaurant is done up. Unfortunately the burger was so so. We had a big. Group, we're asked to wait. And didn't see many reservations coming before us. Would have loved to sit on the balcony, but it doesn't seem like it is ever open other than if you want to get a drink downstairs and then go upstairs to drink it.But there was no service up there.

We ordered a well done burger and received one that was practically mooing. After finishing all the rest of our food a new burger finally arrived. The tall blonde server graciously reduced our bill while the stocky server rudely asked us if we had paid when we left.

This place is absolutely fantastic! What an amazing find. The food is really good, the atmosphere very cool and the drinks are out of this world. It was a total experience and the staff was very attentive to my group. I will for sure be back! Thanks 12 West!

Stopped in for a burger before a show at the nile. literally the best damn burger i've ever had. I've had burgers from one coast to the other and everyhwere in between, easily the best burger i've eaten. friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good crowd.
