From the moment we walked through their doors, it was evident that this was a place where love, care, and learning thrived.1st Academy Childcare creates a warm and nurturing environment that immediately made my children feel comfortable and safe. The staff welcomed us with open arms and took the time to get to know our family. Their genuine interest in my child's well-being and development put my mind at ease, knowing that they would be in caring and capable hands. I can see my children on the app and the staff always updates, sends messages, and photos through the app of my children. My children also know more than one language thanks to 1st Academy. Not only is their learning catered to, but their nutrition is as well as they have all of their food catered!! These kids get top notch experiences all around. I could go on and on about how amazing they are!!!

My kids have been going to 1st academy since they have been born. They are amazing my eldest just started kindergarten and she was over prepared for the test. They are very big on the learning in the classrooms and Really focus on allowing the kids to learn through play and be individuals they also helped potty train my youngest before moving into the 3’s room with no accidents ! I love how they work with my children and make sure they are where they need to be!! I would recommend the facility they are always communicating and making sure I’m involved and informed when it comes to my children and their milestones, they encourage parent participation and the importance of us being a team because we all want the best for my children

We looked at many daycare's prior to choosing 1st Academy. My family is so blessed we chose 1st Academy. They are clean, you can sense the organization and structure. And safety. Our child has only been there for a few months and he has learned so much! His numbers, letters, sound, days, and so much more. He walks around the house singing songs he's learned and speaks highly of his classmates and instructors. Ms. Lulu has been a blessing to him, as she has been his teacher! You can see the love through the children's knowledge of taught lessons.1st Academy is a 5 star and somewhere you would want your child to be care for. Thank you for the care and love you give our precious grandson.

My oldest two children have been going to 1st Academy since I’ve been working there which is going on 5 years now. They absolutely love going to any chance they can get. All the staff are really nice and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns with my kids. They also take time to know each kid and make sure everyone is happy. Working for them has been by far the best experience I’ve had in the childcare industry. Management cares for all staffs well being and making sure we have everything we need to succeed in helping the children at the center grow individually and independently.

First I would like to say, this daycare sucks when it comes to communication. You have one person saying one thing and another saying something completely different. They basically contradict each other. They have a lot of activity for example: unusual people in and out the daycare. They have favorites when it comes to the children. All the staff are unorganized and don’t take accountability for anything. Overall moving my child to this daycare was the worst decision in my life. I highly wouldn’t recommend them.

This school is completely awesome. I’m so happy my son goes there. The staff is so sweet they always give me updates on what my son is doing and takes lots of pictures. Everything is so neat and organized I highly recommend coming here??

This daycare has been a dream for us! My daughter has been here close to 2 years and they have been amazing from the start. They helped me so much with potty training, my daughter learns so much and she genuinely enjoys being there. She's always talking about her teachers.. sometimes even more than her friends! I'm beyond grateful to have found this daycare to watch over my baby girl.

My 4-year-old baby goes here. He has been there for 4-5 months now, and he loves it. He says Miss Lulu is his favorite and he enjoys her as a teacher. Every staff member has been great, Bonnie, Bri, Brenda and I can’t remember the others but they’re all great! Mrs. Samantha was made to be around kids all day! She is the best! They have cared for ME and my child! They’re so understanding, and I have not had any issues. They also update me on the ProCare app of my baby’s naps and eating. They also send pictures of them playing. When I send a message my question gets answered within an hour. I’m glad I found them, and my baby loves it there too! I would not be sharing if this was not true!! I've had bad experiences before and I gave them a chance and I'm SO GLAD I DID !!! Thank you guys

My daughter and I had a bad experience at a previous daycare and since then I was so afraid of leaving her anywhere. I’m so happy I found 1st Academy Preschool and Childcare. My daughter has been coming here for over a year. All the staff at 1st Academy is so polite and respectful towards us. My daughter feels safe coming here and it makes me feel comfortable while I’m at work. Ms Lulú and Ms Priscilla have been amazing teachers to my daughter. My daughter tells me they are so caring and nice. She also talks to me about Mr Faybian and Ms Bonnie. I don’t know everyone’s name but ALL the staff always has a positive attitude and greets us when we get there. I had never had any issues and whenever there is a problem or accident they notify me right away. They really care for all their children and it shows. I’m very grateful.

This school is amazing! I was nervous about my child starting as he hadn’t been in daycare for a long time, but the teachers and staff were amazing with me and my child. I get constant updates throughout the day through Procare so I know what my little one is doing. The teachers are amazing with my child and everytime I pick him up from school he’s so happy and says he’s had so much fun playing with friends and teachers!

I have been searching for a daycare that suits me and my children I am a protective mother over my children and I like to be updated on what my children are doing each day and like to see what they are learning each day and they actually send pictures and provide what they are doing! I know we as parents are skeptical to trust anyone watching our children that is not us but to my surprise the stuff at this daycare have won my trust. My children love it here! They are safe and well cared for. The staff are very attentive to the children and are 100% dedicated and focused on their wants and needs. I'm so glad I was able to find this daycare.
