OMG! I absolutely 💜💜💜 Everything about this place was amazing! Location Atmosphere and the soft African music that played in the background did it for me! It was clean and the plant care set it off! I was able to meet the owner she was so kind and sweet 💜 I could go on and on but I think it would be better if yall tried it for yourselves! U definitely won't be disappointed!

Some friends and I came here for lunch, and we all enjoyed it, though it's a little more expensive than our usual lunch outings. This was our first time trying Nigerian food, and I will be back to try other dishes!

I ordered the efo riro. While I was initially disappointed with the serving size, I left feeling full. The dish was so flavorful that I only needed small amounts of it with the poundo. The poundo itself was too hot for me to eat by hand, so fork and spoon it was, and it reminded me of a mix of mashed potatoes and mochi. I would have like a little more meat for the price though.

My friends got the Jollof spaghetti and Jollof fried rice, and I personally enjoyed the rice more than the spaghetti

My boyfriend and I drive all the way from Tucson just for the food here. It’s so good. The girl in the front is super nice. Restaurant is very clean. And the food is amazing.

I don’t really do reviews but I had to for this. The customer service was terrible I think mainly because the server had to do multiple duties including helping in the kitchen. Then the food was horrible everything taste microwaved and I could even hear the microwave so the food was not fresh at all . I really need my money back because the food was not fresh at all and the portion you get does not add up to the cost. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I spent $60 for microwave food . I really suggest not to eat here it’s a waste of money and I will not be back sorry .

If I could give this place zero, I absolutely will. First we put our order in hours before and it showed it was ready on doordash only to get there and have to wait another 30 minutes for the order and most of the order was unavailable.
Next the puff-puff was hard as a rock, it felt like it was made early or frozen and then microwaved. They advertised grilled fish and what we got was fried fish. The ayamase sauce was like a spoon and then we were given what felt like 3 cups of rice.
After a long day of sightseeing in Arizona and being excited to end the night with Nigerian food, this place was a terrible and disastrous choice. For how expensive the food is, it is a total let down!

Food was so delicious and fresh! I tried the suya dish which was spicy and delicious. I also had the efo riro with goat meat which was a spinach stew with all of the tomato and earthy flavors. I also tried my friends jollof rice which was also delicious! If you’re thinking about trying it, you will not be disappointed!

Ordered a lot of food for catering for a July 4th celebration dinner. Got the ogbono soup, stewed fish, stewed beef and yam porridge. They got my order on time and the food was so good every body left so full and happy! The ogbono was very good 👍🏾. The only thing I think could be improved on would be the spice level- it needed to be upped a little more. Another con is that they are expensive, but it seems like other African caters are just as expensive as they are so I guess it’s just the Pheonix market. But other than that, Thank you guys so much for coming through and making my dinner a success 👍🏾👍🏾

Agege Bites serves up authentic Nigerian food nestled in Chandler right by Ray and Dobson. The owner is incredibly kind and personable and it’s wonderful to support a small, locally owned business.

We tried the egusi and efó riro. I am not sure what to compare to besides our Laos food since we eat a similar type of swallow and stewed dishes from my MIL.

The egusi had a rich, nutty flavor from the melon seeds that made it unique for first timers. The efó riro was full of tomatoes and spices, perfectly balanced even with a bit of kick. I've seen some reviews ragging on portion sizes, but I thought it was just enough for one person. We actually shared two dishes between 3 people. I will say I wish we had a bit more meat with our dishes as one leg of chicken is a bit scrimp. However, overall I recommend for anyone wanting to explore a new experience in Chandler.
