Really unprofessional workers. The girl taking orders on the phone had the worse attitude. When the food was brought back to my house we noticed that we were missing a whole plate and a side of Mac salad. So we had to drive all the way back just to grab it. A total waste of time. Get it right the first time. Also your workers need to learn better manners. It's not our fault that you got the order wrong.

We love that there is an Aloha Kitchen close to us at Jordan Landing. Love your chicken katsu and Spam musubi. We lived on Oahu for 4 years and miss our favorite foods.

Delicious! Highly recommend the chicken katsu and teriyaki chicken. Spam musubi seems to be made fresh daily, I've grabbed two for good measure each trip. Great Aloha drink options and fountain sodas. Seating can be limited depending on the time/day, but we always seem to find a place to sit.

Place is dirty, teriyaki chicken was terrible. Rice was so soggy, worst white rice I've ever had. I lived in Maui for 3 years and this is the farthest thing from Hawaiian food. Place is nasty, don't waste time. Not sure why they have such good reviews.

Bolkogi Plate was delicious and high quality meat. Had to get a manapua, so good too. Great flavor.

The place was empty when we walked in even though it was a dinner time. I am guessing the original owners from the show are gone now either they have sold the place or retired. Otherwise there is no way this place has been on the TV show. I ordered loco moco, bulgogi plate, chicken katsu plate, and pork buns. The frozen beef patty was on loco moco. It was just terrible. Bulgogi and chicken katsu were not far off. The green salad looked so old. We could not even touch it. We threw everything away. What a shame. Another disappointment from triple Ds. Good job, Guy!

Very slow service. Made an order over the phone. Was told it be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. Got there after 15 minutes and waited another 20 minutes after. If it be 30 to 35 minutes........just tell me that.
