Alynn creates incredibly authentic pastries inspired by French and Japanese baking techniques! My personal favorites are the melon pan and the iced sugar cookies, but they offer so many options that it’s hard to choose!
Amai Ume offers a variety of pastries and goodies to fit any taste and dietary restriction, and they will even theme their pastries around events, creating a truly unique culinary experience!
All of their treats are so delicious and made with love and care. Melon pan and chocolate milk bread are two of my favorites, but their cookies and scones are fantastic too!!! They often have matcha flavor treats and even some gluten free options!
If you are looking for Fresh baked goods that taste 100x better than the stuff in stores this is the place to go ! They even made my wedding cake and I wouldn't change anything about it ! It was perfect. They have unique tasty flavors that definitely makes them stand out against other local pastry shops. Also if you are someone who enjoys Japanese treats this is the place for you, they never fail to take me back to my visits to Japan with their incredibly accurate tasting...
