Amici has become so big that they are losing customers. I have been going to this joint since they opened in the 80’s. Now they can no longer handle takeout orders? What kind of pizza joint can’t do takeout? I’m happy you are so successful that you don’t have to cater to the takeout crowd. Not doing takeout is sacrilegious in the pizza world! You have lost a very loyal customer.

This pizza goes unchallenged. I started with the cheese slice on my first visit, and I was hooked. The cannoli cake is fire. The wings are bomb! And the Red & White pie is a killer also.

First time i went the food was very good and the customer service was Average. Second time around one of the workers was plain out rude. very unwelcoming so we left. Disappointed since i genuinely enjoyed their food.

Wish I could actually review the food unfortunately it seems like this company doesn’t want my business. Called and was put on a “brief hold “but ended up on hold for 10+ minutes when I hung up and tried to call back. They didn’t even answer the phone. They just immediately transferred me to the hold music again.

My daughter say this place trending on TikTok and wanted to try it. I was skeptical about things that become popular because of TikTok, since it’s not necessarily based of of relevant objective facts. But this place was great. They had a long waiting list when we arrived and when we left. They didn’t fill all seats, rather ensured the customers had a great experience by not overloading the wait staff. I would much rather wait to be seated and have a great attentive experience rather than being rushed by unhappy, overworked staff. Great job! And the fried ravioli was the best I have ever had. 10/10 for the buffalo chicken pizza too! Unsweetened ice tea was not that great — can’t win them all, I guess. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was 10/10, and despite being so busy from the tiktok rush, service was awesome too. Please be patient if you decide to go, they got so popular from tiktok and are navigating the new found appreciation! I think they will find a groove to this new found popularity soon. Will definitely be back (especially for that dang cannoli, omgggg)
Me and my boyfriend came after seeing this place on TikTok and they lived up to the hype. They were absolutely packed and despite that, the girl that helped us was sweet and the food came out hot and fresh. We got the garlic knots, fried ravioli, meat lovers slice and grandmas slice. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. TikTok made the right place viral for sure.

Buffalo wings & cheese pizza blew me out of the water. Wings remind me of Anchor Bar in Buffalo and I’m not normally a cheese pizza fan but I loved it. Everything else we ordered was very good as well. Restaurant was very clean and service was friendly. Only downside was they were out of toasted raviolis, but the mozzarella sticks were a great alternative. Will 100% be coming back.
