I've reflected on leaving this review since my last visit. Although I don't like ice cream, I very much enjoy Andy's. I'm leaving one star for the unfortunately poor "service" from ironically very sour customer service. Each time I've returned to this establishment,(Southern and Greenfield) from our first time visit, (this would have been the fourth) the visit is always uncomfortable with very unfriendly BOH. Aside from working for the service industry, a genuine smile goes a long way not to mention encourages continued customers. I hope Andy's not only fixes their choices in hiring applicants, but reflects in possible double sizing their larger options, the ice cream is just too damn delicious for a quart size.. Hope to return soon to sweet smiles and sweets.

My family and I come here pretty often and the customer service is always usually great.. except for tonight as I was pulling up to the window a blonde young lady immediately had an attitude and told me the total with a blank face I nicely told her we had the Andy's app would like to redeem our $5 off coupon and she automatically said no you don't have one and proceeds to stand waiting for payment I showed her on the app it said $5 off and she proceeds to be condescending and tells me to go ahead and press the check in button to redeem "you know the rectangle button"? I was blind sided by the rudeness of this girl tonight I've never experienced such horrible customer service! To think we just wanted to celebrate a new job opportunity we thought to come to Andy's but maybe we should have rethought our decision and took our money elsewhere .. Way to go Andy's .

We love this place for a sweet treat. They have so much to choose from on their menu and everything we have gotten has been delicious. They have someone come to your vehicle to get your order so it's a more personable experience. I also love the building lights make sit easy to find. My favorite is the snow monster for sure. Hopefully they can expand into Queen creek and santan one day but until then we will continue to make the drive for our favorite dessert.

Delicious sweet treats! Ice cream was made fast and servers were friendly, despite going pretty late into the evening. The prices are pretty good for the amount of ice cream you get, and it was AMAZING. Very nice place to get some late night ice cream for a good price.

The last 2 days my daughter and I've visited we got the concrete large. The first time it wasn't even blended and there was so much green syrup (mint flavor) that we had to back up at drive thru and ask them to blend the syrup in. The second visit (next day) we ordered the snow monster and there weren't any strawbwerries (like there picture shows) and not much strawberry taste to it and the other one we ordered with heath and almonds wasn't mixed well at all. Not sure we'll go back. Suggestion is to take your order out of the bag and if it isn't quality have them do it right before leaving!

OMG! I am addicted - I found Andy's Frozen Custard over the summer as I happened to be driving by, and now I go out of my way to scratch my icecream fix! Their custard is life changing - no joke!
