First time customer visiting from Missouri. Had never heard of this place before but only needed to hear one word - “lobster”. Got a warm lobster roll and it hit the spot! Wish we had these in Missouri!

This food is down right terrible- I don’t understand the long lines at this place daily. I have lived and visited many places that have great seafood- and while I understand this area is land locked and basically this is “fast food” it was still all kinds of awful. We should have known when we drove up to the window and the smell wafting from the inside was like smelling rancid oil. Then when we got the food, our car started to smell like that same horrible oil. Our cups of soda had that smell imbedded in them everything just smelled awful. Even the lobster rolls that weee not friend smelled like the fried food. But, stupidly, we decided to try the food. All I can say is that we took a few bites of the rancid oil/frozen seafood and decided to toss it. Please, do yourself a favor and never go here. Spend a little more for a place that has fresh seafood and does not have to fry most everything to mask the fact that it is frozen dreck.

We love the Lobster rolls, salads and wraps. One of our go to for quality and price. Please open another location in Gilbert closer than Queen Creek. I don't eat a whole lot of wheat flour and Happy to report their rolls do not give me a reaction. Win win all around!

Ordered delivery and only received half of my order. Fact that I could not drive is why I ordered delivery. Had heard food was great. Could tell since my part of the order was missing. With no number to call to get it fixed, I was left with nothing. I ordered 2 fried cods and fries which there was none at all. Good thing my kids got there order. And yet I paid for it all on top of delivery and tip. Was not happy at all. Will never order there again.

Ordered delivery and they left out one whole meal from the order. I was told this place was better than one of their competitors but I disagree considering that the salads are pretty small, like a side salad, not a meal salad. The flavor is really good but I'd have to order 2 or even 3 to make up for the size.

I love your salads but this is the second time you guys didn't put the fried onion in your honey ranch spicy salad. If you dont have it then put red onions. Very annoying.

Spent 20 minutes waiting for 2 french toast meals, only for the girl working to completely ignore when I asked when we were getting our food. Got home just to see our french toast was completely black. Don't know who opens for them but she needs to be fired
The wait is absolutely the most painful thing. 7 cars when we pulled in. 30 minutes in and still haven't ordered. I would have abandoned long ago but there is no way to get out of line.

Nice! This is what happens when they hand you a lobster roll unclosed in the small styrofoam container WITHOUT a bag. Pop! On the floor!! Dirty lobster roll! I paid 19$ for a lobster roll and salad no protein and I cant get the food in a bag?

My past experiences have been good but last night I was really disappointed. I ordered a Mexican bowl with steak, it literally had 4 1-inch pieces of steak, 1 of the pieces was all tough inedible gristle, if I would have eaten it, I would have choked. The workers tried to mask the lack of steak with an overabundance of brown rice. I'm not sure if it's because I was there at 8:15pm, the store closes at 10:00pm but my food was very disappointing. Normally I'll get a decent portion of steak, cooked excellent but not this time, it seemed like they just gave me some steak scraps from the day. Hopefully this will be a one-off experience because I really like this place but if this continues, I'll no longer go there.

The lobster roll was not wrapped up just dumped in a bag and the bowl for the salad was dirty and the bacon was undercooked.
