If you go on Friday night for karaoke, don't plan on being served. I have been here before and ignored by the wait staff. I assume it was because I wasn't a regular. Because they seemed to know all of the other people there. We went Friday because there are some older people in my group that like the atmosphere. We got there super early to get a table as there are a lot of us. We saw the waitress who took our food orders and brought our food out. She checked on us at least one time, and then we NEVER saw her again, except across the restaurant. The Bartender took over our table as most of my friends who arrived after went to the bar for service as the waitress never came back. at 8 or 815 I asked the bartending if I could pay my bill. She said she couldn't do that, as it was the waitresses table. I explained she hadn't been at our table for three hours. The bartender again said that she couldn't help me, but that she would send the waitress over immediately. 45 minutes later, I can still see the waitress settling other patrons tabs...people who came AFTER I did. Not even glancing our way. Finally, my friend got up and went to the bar asking again if we could close our tab. Again the bartender argued that it wasn't her table, that we would have to wait for the waitress. My friend pushed back harder and the bartender came over with a handwritten note from the waitress with what we had ordered and took our cards. Again making excuses and stating how Hard this was on her and them. A couple of things to note, the place was packed and there was only one waitress, one bartender and one cook. This is 100% the fault of the owners! Most of the patrons are older retirees and perhaps they don't tip well. So its hard to keep staff. But if they are up and running, then the owners are making something from this place. Pay your people a living wage! So you can have more staff! And hopefully better staff. Also, to note. We tip, very well. Each time we have been there, we tip very well. It just doesn't make sense to me. Also, the food was terrible and flavorless. It is listed as fine dining, but the food at Burger King is better.

It is not open at 9:00. We were going to check it out for a wedding rehearsal dinner for 20 people. Walked around at 9:15 and found a person in the golf shop. Said they don't open until 10! Doesn't care if posted hours are right or not.

Bartender/ server...would dash from behind the bar to serve her favorites and ignore others. I had spent plenty there in the past and tipped generously...we waited for 20 minutes and when Monica showed up at our table she took orders from her faves and ignored us...we never got a drink. My friend talked me into giving her another chance....place almost empty she sat behind the bar talking with patrons...no drink or food order but when her lil couple showed up...she dashed out and took the order. I'm just one customer but this is a pattern n behavior and I will talk and let anyonewho listens know.....and not spend another dime there...thus is not acceptable...absolute disappointment ..utterly disgusted. It seems you don't offer any apologies for burnt customers...I am asking for at least a response ...even if it's half asked n cheap. Be adult n and take responsibility. Tried to give it another shot at Karaoke...total dud..karaoke host would not give an answer as to how long wait for singing was..just it'll be a while...short seems uptight..favorites get preference..absolute disappointment.

We had been to several Thanksgiving buffets previously. They were elegant and food and service were very good. Today was a disappointment. No drinks with Buffett (used to get 2). No dessert table just some pumpkin & apple pies breads and cake. Nothing elegant. The salad bar was not par with previous years. No shrimp, charcuterie was dismal. I could buy at Fry's. The dinner was just ok. We will not be back next year.

I just left this place....will NEVER go back! My soda tasted awful and the replacement was just as bad. The menu said the potstickers came with teriyaki sauce; the waitress argued they served it with chili sauce; was given sweet and sour after they agreed to give me what was on the menu. (Mistakes like this can drive a diabetic into a coma!)They were overcooked. All the others in my party claimed their fish special (not even on the menu) was dry and tasted like a Gorton's fish fry. Noisy atmosphere, tables all wobbly. UGH! Don't waste your time and money. Now I need to go have some dinner.

First and LAST time at Annabelle's.Made reservation. Later contacted for my credit card to guarantee the reservation. I said this was very unusual; but they said they didn't want to be out the opportunity to make "other" reservations. Then, contacted a 3rd time to confirm reservation again. Food was barely warm; meat was tough. My favorites on the entire buffet were the mashed potatoes and the soup. Most certainly NOT worth the price of $50 + automatic gratuity + tax = $64 per person!

Prime rib was average at best, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes were good, cod in curry was tasteless and cold. Service was subpar. I get it's a buffet but I've gotten much better service at every Chinese buffet and every Golden Coral. Desserts were below average.
Fun place. We lucked out and they were having a band and dancing when we went in.

Making a reservation proved to be quite hard. No one answers the phone! Wait for call back and that didn't happen either. Ended up going in person to make the reservation. Said they'd call confirming. Never did. Finally got someone on the phone two days before we were going. Food was good.
